Two Headed Calf illustrations 🐮🐮
Some two headed calf’s, with the mediums being watercolour and pen. I wanted to capture the peculiar essence of the calf and it’s innocent vibe. Eerie and cute is the go to for this one. The poem “The Two Headed Calf” by Laura Gilpin was the biggest inspo for this piece.

Spider Punk Comic Cover fan art
Tumblr media
i wanted to make a punk themed art piece and i used my favourite Spider-Man character to do just that! Although i wished i had added more to it and gave it more details and such in the back, i am proud of the detailing on Spider-Punk's mask. I tried to incorporate punk themes such as using punk references (Ex. Clash as in the punk band for a more punkier version of Green Goblin) and i used magazine clippings for the name. Still wishing i did more, im still glad with some things on this art piece.

i used water colour to paint this scenic piece. My reference was a picture i had taken of Batchawana at my Grandma's home. This place has been my outlet growing up as i was always drawn to water and the small beach at my Grandma's. i wanted a more "indie" or a "van gogh" kind of look.

Dewed strawberry blossom 🤍🍓
A beadwork piece that took 24 hours. Using size 11 seed beads to create the strawberry blossom medallion. Culturally, in indigenous beadwork (this one is ojibwe) our art depicts what is around us and what is seen. from animals to fruits and plants, we capture the beauty of life. This strawberry blossom symbolizes the beginnings of life and cycles, i plan to make a strawberry for grade 12 year to symbolize growing up and going towards bigger opportunities of life.
