These Peanut Butter-Banana Cookies combine creamy peanut butter, ripe bananas, and chocolate chips. They are soft, chewy, and flavorful.
Ingredients: 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1 ripe banana, mashed. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2/3 cup chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put the creamy peanut butter, mashed banana, white sugar, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix well until everything is smooth and creamy. After you add the egg and vanilla extract, keep mixing until everything is well mixed. Add the salt and baking soda to the mixture and mix it in until it's all mixed in. The chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop heaping tablespoonfuls of the cookie dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between each one. Use a fork to gently flatten each ball of cookie dough, making a crisscross pattern on top. After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way. Enjoy these tasty banana and peanut butter cookies!

This Easy Vegan Cauliflower Curry is a flavorful and comforting dish perfect for weeknight dinners. The combination of cauliflower, chickpeas, and creamy coconut milk creates a rich and satisfying curry that will please vegans and non-vegans alike.
Ingredients: 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets. 1 can 14 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed. 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes. 1 can 14 oz coconut milk. 1 onion, chopped. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon curry powder. 1 teaspoon turmeric. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Fresh cilantro for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. Put in the minced garlic and chopped onion. Saut until the onions are soft. After you add the chickpeas and cauliflower florets, cook for about 5 minutes. Spices coriander, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper should be added along with diced tomatoes and coconut milk. Let it cook on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is soft and the sauce has thickened. Serve hot with fresh cilantro on top. Have fun!

These Naruto Cucumber Rolls are a refreshing twist on traditional sushi, using cucumber instead of seaweed for a lighter, low-carb option. Filled with creamy avocado, savory imitation crab or shrimp, and a kick of spicy mayo, they're perfect for a light lunch or appetizer.
Ingredients: 2 large cucumbers. 1/2 cup sushi rice. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon sugar. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 4 oz imitation crab or cooked shrimp. 1 avocado. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds. Nori seaweed sheets optional.
Instructions: Peel cucumbers and slice lengthwise using a mandoline slicer. In a bowl, mix sushi rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until well combined. Spread a thin layer of rice on each cucumber slice. Add a strip of imitation crab or shrimp, avocado slices, and a drizzle of spicy mayo on top of the rice. Roll up each cucumber slice tightly. If desired, wrap each roll with a strip of nori seaweed. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the rolls. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before slicing. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve chilled.

This rich coffee recipe will take you on a taste of an African safari. Rich flavors of Amarula liqueur and chocolate go well with freshly brewed coffee. It's a wonderful way to start the day with a hint of luxury.
Ingredients: 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee. 1 oz Amarula liqueur. 1 oz chocolate syrup. 1 oz heavy cream. Whipped cream for garnish. Chocolate shavings for garnish.
Instructions: Brew a strong cup of coffee using your favorite coffee beans. In a separate container, warm 1 oz of Amarula liqueur and 1 oz of chocolate syrup until they are well combined and slightly heated. Pour the brewed coffee into a coffee mug. Stir in the Amarula and chocolate mixture into the coffee. In another container, whip 1 oz of heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Top the coffee with the whipped cream. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of chocolate shavings. Serve immediately and enjoy your Boozy Morning Coffee - African Safari!

Ingredients: 2 large cucumbers, spiralized into noodles. 4 cups of seedless watermelon, diced. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice. 1 tablespoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. While the water is boiling, spiralize the cucumbers into noodles and set aside. Once the water is boiling, blanch the cucumber noodles for 1-2 minutes, until slightly tender. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine the diced watermelon, chopped mint, and chopped basil. In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Pour the lime-chili dressing over the watermelon mixture and toss gently to coat. Place the cucumber noodles on a serving platter and top with the dressed watermelon mixture. Instructions: Preheat the Chateau Wine Chiller to the appropriate temperature for serving Cabernet Sauvignon. Season the filet mignon steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and rosemary sprigs. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in Cabernet Sauvignon wine and let it simmer, scraping the bottom of the skillet to incorporate any browned bits. Instructions: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add breadcrumbs to the skillet and toast until golden brown, stirring frequently, about 3-4 minutes. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with the breadcrumbs. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
