I'm working on some Homestuck themed icons, since I had to COMPLETELY reinstall my computer. I figured "Why not customize some?" and that is the beginning of my ventures into the world of icons.

I practiced some eye expressions, here are the results.
I honestly don't think they're all that bad. As opposed to my usual postings. u_u;;

Actually, Aradia's dreamself was dead since the beginning of the game, she HAD no dreamself, so this means that Jake WILL ascend regardless of his lack of dreamself.
You're welcome Jake fans.
( I may be wrong but I await someone to disprove me. )
EDIT:
Proof located HERE where Aradia tells Rose that she had no dreamself and is "AA: s0rt 0f a special case here"
Jake is going to die.
Jake doesn’t have a dream self, unlike the other alpha kids. They’ll become godtier - he won’t. He’ll just die.
He’ll be the alpha kid that doesn’t make it.

Roleplaying tips.
Alrighty so, I am compiling this for reference, and for simple help for anyone who wants it. Please refer to the table of contents for help looking through this.

- > Homestuck Specific Tips [C:III] < - _____________________________________________________________
Onto the tips and advice.
_____________________________________________________________
|Staying in Character.| [C:I] _____________________________________________________________
[Tip 1]: Do a little research on your character. Yes, I think that experience is the best way to actually learn, but you've gotta learn about their personality first. Look for a wiki page on them, find their quirks and what they like, what they don't like, what they do, what they have. Just skim it if you need to, but PLEASE do look at something on your character.
[Tip 2]: Don't do what your character wouldn't do. Try. Try. TRY. Not to do something you KNOW your character wouldn't do. I know that this is kind of a simple thing, and that it should be common knowledge, but seriously. Breaking out of character is one of the most annoying things I've come across, simple tip.
[Tip 3]: Reading Up on Your Character. You should go through logs of things your character has said and or done to see what they do in certain situations, and this isn't a be all end all, but it DOES help. A lot. It helps me when I'm roleplaying a new character, and it helps afterwards, just when I need to brush up on them, so seriously, read through logs, it doesn't take long.
_____________________________________________________________
|Basic Tips to Help You.| [C:II] _____________________________________________________________
[Tip 1]: Brackets and Their General Mean. It SHOULD be common knowledge, but I'm not sure. Brackets of ANY KIND; '()', '[]', '{}', So on so forth, are a useful thing in roleplay. USUALLY, it may be different to some people, but most times, a single bracket pair; '(example),' means whispering in character. And a double bracket pair; '((example)),' means you are talking out of character. I see some people misusing this and it's a bit embarrassing, so just follow this and you'll be spared that.
[Tip 2]: How to Flesh Out Your Commands. Well, I see a lot of people who just do things like; '-X does Y-,' and that sort of irritates me, because it's so simple to just say; '-X slowly does Y, all the while worrying about Z-.' See? It isn't that hard, just take some writing courses, or simply practice, writing is really good and it adds to the fun for everyone. The more detailed things are, then the more you can get into it.
[Tip 3]: The Difference Between 'Script Roleplay' and 'Paragraph Roleplay'. It's a pretty simple difference, script being; '-He moved his hand to her hair, brushing through it slowly-,' and paragraph being; 'He moved his hand to her hair, brushing his fingers through her locks intimately, examining the strands of gold wreathed around her head.' The main difference is that paragraph roleplay is usually more descriptive, and as the name would suggest, as long as a paragraph. Whereas script roleplay is short and less descriptive, being a single action encapsulated within action ticks.
[Tip 4]: Keeping in Touch. Keeping in touch is a good thing, especially if you find a roleplayer that you REALLY like, and think is REALLY good. I know that I have kept in touch with a lot of people that roleplay really good characters, but I'm always paralyzed at the thought of messaging them. Don't be, just keep in touch, get to know people, and you might end up having really good roleplay partners that you'll like to roleplay with all the time.
[Tip 5]: Proper Spelling and Grammar. Yes, I am going to tell you all about grammar and spelling and capitalization. These ARE important, not only will people respect you for having proper grammar and spelling, and will it make things EASIER when roleplaying paragraph, but it will help you in your actual life. It is a skill that you should already have, but it is EXCELLENT to learn, any time.
_____________________________________________________________
|Homestuck Specific Tips.| [C:III] _____________________________________________________________
[Tip 1]: Common Misconceptions of Characters. There are a lot of common misconceptions of characters, and I will clear that up right now. John NEVER used the ':B' emote. Whereas Jane used it plenty. Terezi does not say 'H3H3' all the time, she uses it sparingly. 'Gog', 'Jegus' and all that, are NOT said much. Karkat said it once when he heard Terezi say it, and it is an in-joke between Dave and Terezi. Eridan has NEVER said 'wweh' or 'nyeh'. I don't know where these came from, but they are cleared up right here.
[Tip 2]: Stay in Character. I know that this has been covered, and it's not entirely Homestuck specific, but SERIOUSLY, staying in character IS important. Especially in Homestuck where it is SO easy to get out of character, what with all of it's absolute impossibility. So remember to read up on your character. There are plenty of things you can find about their quirks, typing styles, and all else at the MSPA wiki. So go ahead and use that to learn your character before roleplaying them.
[Tip 3]: Quirks and Their Simplicity. Honestly, I have seen a lot of people messing up troll's quirks, or messing up a character's typing style, and okay. I know that some things are mistakes, but seriously. A lot of these are pretty simple! And you can find someone's quirk/typing style from reading the logs(which you should do anyway to see how they act), or simply on the wiki. They tell you how the character types, so look it up. For the benefit of everyone that has to roleplay with you.
[Tip 4]: Pesterchum in Real Life. Did you know that someone actually made a real life version of Pesterchum? A lot of us do, but some of us don't. It's actually quite useful for people who want to roleplay Homestuck, and you can find it here. Happy roleplaying 'chum users.

JohnKat [Fluff]
I am honestly surprised to have gotten a reblog that fast. o_o;; But congrats to http://registered-fangirl.tumblr.com who got the first drabble.
Writing below the cut.
It was the first time John had seen one of his best friends and he was excited, like any teenage boy would be to see someone they looked up to.
He tugged on the silken soft sleeves of his God Tier outfit, adjusting them nervously as he walked up to Karkat Vantas, a troll. A troll who was a bit shorter than him, maybe an inch or two, his horns making up for around an inch of that height difference. He expected the distasteful frown that Karkat gave him, it wasn't in the nubby horned troll's nature to be nice, nor was it in any troll's nature to be like that, but sometimes the grey skinned aliens could be adequately okay.
The first thing that happened between the two of them was an opposing facial expression, John's grin versus Karkat's mixture of a frown and a scowl, but regardless of the disapproving nature of the troll John leaned down and wrapped his arms around Karkat's waist, giving him a tight squeeze that elicited an annoyed quirking of a brow and a faint red to dust against grey cheeks.
"What the actual fuck do you think you're doing you bulgelicking hatemonger?"
"I'm giving you a hug you grumpy douchebag, haha."
Some more grumbling was heard but regardless Karkat hugged back, pressing lightly against John for a moment before he broke it. With the ice broken like the hug Karkat was surprised to feel lips on his cheek, which made him twitch a little and blush furiously.
It was familiar to hear Karkat shout a bit, whereas it was entirely out of the blue for him to return the sentiment and roll his eyes.
"So Karkat what should we do since we're here?"
"Whatever the fuck you want to do, asshole"
[I hope this was acceptable, I'm not the best at Male x Male, but I did what I could. ^u^;;]

Haha wow.
What are all of you doing looking at my tumblr and seeing my posts that's not supposed to happen what.
But anyway. I have very little to do and as far as I know very few people look at my tumblr.
So.
Everyone who reblogs this and then sends me their Homestuck OTP in my ask box will get a writing drabble of them, include sadstuck fluff smut etc if you want something specific.
[Drabbles consist of 200-500 words in my mind, though I may exceed that amount if I like the pairing.]

Dirk/Roxy; Bulletproof Heart. [Chapter 1]
Bulletproof heart, a Dirk/Roxy fic below the cut.
Two lone figures stood, silhouetted silently by the sun, the gentle breeze blowing through their wavy blonde hair. If one was oblivious to the terror of what went on below them they might think the sight was beautiful, but it was simply the eye of the storm atop that apartment.
Their names were known far and wide, the names would give hope to anyone who heard them, if there was anyone to hear them, that is. A look around would grant the sight of nigh perfect peace, and billboards, wanted posters, silence. Silence was a word that couldn’t begin to describe what was heard, the lack of sound was deafening in the eerie way that it cascaded and enveloped the entire scenario. When looking at a billboard or a wall spattered and covered messily with posters you would see generic ones, which told you to obey, to simply sleep and never wake up, and to give up all possibility of change, to conform. Most people did, it was depressing to look around, because that would remind you that there was no one else.
If you didn’t see a poster that told you to give up, then it was a poster that foretold of them. It was a wanted poster, promising a bounty like none other, riches and splendor, for the heads of Dirk Strider and Roxy Lalonde.
“Quiet, isn’t it.” Fell past the taller male’s lips, flowing gently through the still wind and hitting Roxy’s ears just above a whisper.
“Yeah, I guess it is.”
Her lips, rough and cracked but made acceptable with a gratuitous amount of luscious red lipstick, closed around the end of that reply. Instinctively he stepped sideways, unnoticeably towards her and wrapped an arm around her shoulders. She naturally responded by resting her head on his shoulder, smiling weakly as if to tell him ‘everything is okay’ when it really wasn’t, it probably wouldn’t ever be again.
When night fell and the moon shone dimly against the cloudy black velvet sky they headed inside, he put his arms behind her legs and scooped her up bridal style which elicited a genuine smile and a giggle from her. He immediately stated; “Nice laugh princess.” she responded simply, by sticking out her tongue and rolling her eyes. “Shut up Strider.”
The descent down the stairs from his roof was thankfully a bit noisy, the squeak of the soles of his sneakers keeping them from fearing for their hearing, it could be confusing at times with the lack of sound echoing around such a place. It was also populated by their own voices as they casually conversed, poking silly little jabs at each other.
“Why? We both know how much you love the sound of my voice, it just drives you wild.”
“Ha. Ha. As if, you’re the one who can’t get enough of me~”
“Oh most definitely, the high and mighty DiStri couldn’t last a single moment without you and your adorable giggle.”
They went on like that for a couple of minutes, before the light of his room illuminated and painted the area under his door, seeping through the small little crack below the slab of wood that separated the hall and his sleeping quarters. It was barely another moment before he propped her up a bit with a knee, freeing a hand to open the door and stepping inside. It was a simple room, colored a none-too-flashy shade of white that dully expressed his simplicity; it was accented by the colors that were sprinkled around the room with his various interests, mostly the hats and Smuppets that were loitered around the floor.
Taking a couple of steps towards his bed he laid her down across the bedspread, a simple white sheet with various graphics of pool balls, matching his blanket. The area under her dainty weight crinkled a little, wrinkling and sinking down into the mattress a fraction of an inch. She crawled backwards a little, laying her head gently onto his pillow with a small squeaking noise which was his springs being bent, and he quickly joined her, flopping down to her side with a small grin. Her colorlessly silver shirt with a pastel pink mutant cat emblem that signified her bunched around her waist, lying a bit to either side. Similarly to his aside from it being a men’s T-Shirt and having a dark orange hat logo on it.
She rolled onto her side to face him, wrapping her arms around his waist and burying her face in his shoulder, her eyes shutting lightly as she snuggled up against him with a content sigh, pleasuring the warmth of the only person in the world she could trust. Similarly he wrapped an arm around her waist, his long thin fingers rubbing into the small of her back in small circles, massaging the area gingerly while his other hand migrated to her curvy golden blonde locks, brushing through her hair and tangling the fingers in it with his own happy sigh and a small smile that he wouldn’t give to anyone else.
“Love ya’ Dirky”
“Do you? I wasn’t sure with all the affection.” They both knew he was joking, and he didn’t even have to respond for either of them to know that he returned the sentiment.
Her laugh filled the otherwise caliginous air and he smiled wider, his eyes drooping closed with exhaustion that came after each pressing day.
She hummed as she fell slowly into a dreamless sleep, his warmth enveloping her more comfortingly than a blanket could.
He shortly followed her into sleep, his breathing reaching a near nonexistent level, slow breaths in and out.
The night passed around them as their problems melted away in the perfectly melodious embrace that they shared.

JaneDamara drabble.
Your name was Jane Crocker, and you were sad and hurt, alone, that’s what you felt. It was an unwelcome feeling and you still felt it as you fell asleep, when you woke up you were the same, it was a rough repetitive nagging at the back of your mind that wouldn’t go away, it stayed there like… like… a tumor. That’s practically what it felt like, and it was horrible. You were sobbing into your knees silently, your chest shaking with each cry that wrenched itself from your throat, struggling to be free of the confine. Your glasses might break eventually, but you couldn’t care less. Actually, you could. That was proven to you when a troll walked up to you, speaking in some foreign language that you couldn’t decipher, was that Japanese? It seemed roughly spoken, a terrible dialect when spoken by her obviously. You looked up at her with puffy red eyes; they nearly matched the red of her robe. It was distasteful that smirk she wore, but soon that smirk was on your lips as she reached down, grabbing the front of your shirt and pulling you to your feet, in her kiss there was mostly lust, for someone. She had been alone like you, and neither of you wanted that, so your tears mixed with her lipstick as you tentatively kissed back, letting go of all the terrible loneliness and losing yourself against her.
It was requested and thus I filled it.

JohnVris drabble
It was a warm summery day, a gentle breeze blew through your yard and cooled the air around you, and it was a nice time to be outside. The grass blades tilted in the minor force of the wind, ultimately ending up crushed under your bare feet as you walked around your yard, a bit lonely, and entirely bored. Your name was John Egbert, and you were about to meet someone special. She waltzed up to you as if the world belonged to her; she was about 5’5, an inch shorter than you. Her blonde hair with cerulean streaks seemed to glow like gold in the reflective sun; her eyes matched the simple shade of blue that was in her hair. You couldn’t resist taking a peek up and down her, she had a fairly average chest, and she was skinny, her backside jutting out a bit, definitely somewhat toned. Your voice squeaked out, you could barely hear it over the pounding in your chest, “Uh, hi.” Her voice was much more confident, a bit melodious, “Hey, you looked a bit lonely so I figured I might come over and keep you company.” A coy smile was playing across her lips, as she offered a hand to you. It wasn’t a second before you gave her a big buck-toothed grin and took the hand, pulling her down to sit beside you on your front porch. She rested her head on your shoulder and the both of you stayed that way for a while. Neither of you was lonely, not any more.
