I think Bloom’s Enchantix represents the perfect point that season 3 was in, where it was in the “Goldilocks Zone” in terms of Winx.

The enchantix designs as a whole are feminine enough that they look stylish and beautiful while not crossing over into the garish “Disney Channel” fashion they would later bring about. Especially with how characters like Bloom and Tecna at this point still retain a bit of their more tomboyishness.
