Town Hall
Here is a facade of a town hall I built for a set of an upcoming stop motion animation. The building was my second building to be built in this significantly larger scale. Building in this larger scale allows for different kinds of detail that I normally wouldn't include in my smaller buildings.  the building itself is built in traditional Georgian and colonial architectures. Buildings like this were popular in the 17th and 18th centuries. Height: about 18"
Materials: 98lb Cardstalk transparency film foam core acrylic paint cardboard balsa wood
Build Time: 12 hrs

Christmas Card 2016
For my 2016 Christmas card, I painted a snowy street scene based off of my fictional city of Elron, hence the "E" in the background. In this painting I really tried to not use a line work, unlike most of my other projects, and I am fairly happy with how it turned out.

A modern office building along Prattsdale's Grand Avenue. This building is one of the first to use curtain facade construction, a different method of construction where the structure of the building is not in the exterior walls, but inside the core of the building. This allows you to have details on the outside walls that you wouldn't normally be able to have. Height: 8 floors, 9.5 inches tall Materials: 98lb Cardstalk transparency film corrugated cardboard foam core shelf lining acrylic paint InDesign , Photoshop Build Time: 6 hours (greatly reduced with curtain facade construction) Address: 1000 Grand Avenue, Prattsdale, DP

Settlers’ Cabin at Sundown
Here is a picture of the first stone home of the city, still standing from the days of the old original Prattsdale settlement. It is located at the center of the financial district, in the old Ogden Battery park, the sight of the old fortifications and original settlement of the city.

“Big Sky Ranch” Minimalistic Desert House
Carr, spring 2016
“Big Sky Ranch” is a modernist style concept house. The house sits in the desert, and it is designed for the desert. The heavy concrete walls on the exterior shield windows from the sun and weather, and the entrance has its own exterior entrance hall, a nice oasis as you walk into the house. The inside of the house has a very functional 2 bed 2 bath layout. Even though it has a lot of 45* angles, the rooms are still very useable and square. Materials: Chipboard (Concrete and roof) Tree Wrap (Concrete) Plastic (Windows and doors) Crumbled Paper Bag (Ground) Acrylic Paint (Everything) Build Time 7 Hours

Elron May 2016
Unfinished and on going
Carr May 2016
This is Elron, the largest city in the Pradalian state of Udasco. Elron was founded originally as a gold town in the 1850s, but soon shifted to be an economic and transportation hub for the region because of the arrival of the railroad. Elron is mostly built in a mix of Victorian styles and is mostly an generic grid layout, common for 1800s cities. Elron is based off of a lot of small towns in the American west, and from larger cities like Denver or Salt Lake City. Elron is not complete, it still needs the rail yard, and another section off of downtown.

Boston Street
(Commissioned piece)
Carr, October 2015
Boston Street is a semi-realistic representation of a future development by Parkwood Homes in Stapleton, Denver, Colorado. The reason why I created this is so show the concept of Boston Street, and other places like it. This project has been very different from everything elts that I have done over the past 5 years, it is a more realistic and more to scale. Prattsdale and my other projects aren't always completely to scale because of the space constraints I often face (more building, less street).
