Sooo, like, i heard that many people don't like Deks face because it's too human looking? Too humanized? Idk, personally i don't see that, altought it's no any kind of discovery that his face looks different from other predators and i guess i know why.

The reason for that is the same why horses in "Stallion of The Cimarron" have eyebrows and front facing eyes, or why aliens from "Avatar" are basically human looking, very different from other species at their home moon. We gonna spend probably the whole movie with Dek, so the audience need to sympathize with him, so he needs to emote his face more than just open/close mouth. And babes, i know that we don't need that, but wider audicence do, that just how it works.

Of course i might be wrong, in some time there might be some news form the creators about why he looks like that, or we just need more footage to see if his face moves a little bit too much. Like, i'm pretty sure he's not some human-yautja hybryid, because they mentioned it once in the past and no one, NO ONE, liked it.

Just, don't be mean about Dek. Look at him, he's just a sweet baby :)
