Also effective with a med ball.) Make sure you train both sides. This will drastically increase your load on your chest and triceps. Way more effective for building strength. Garden workout with my new friend brickπŸ’ͺ. Shouldertaps 10reps. Plank ups 10reps. Uneven pressups switch sides 10reps close grip pressups 10reps. Pseudo pressups up to 10reps. 1minute rest repeat 3sets pseudo pressups are much more challenging than the other exercises. All these can be done on your knees.
