a big lesson for me was learning that most things are not as fragile as I’d believed. missing a class, or turning in a bad assignment, won’t instantly destroy your professor’s opinion of you. accidentally saying something harsh won’t make your friend want to end the friendship. it takes work to repair these things - it takes effort and research and sometimes a sincere apology - but you can do that because they’re not irreparably broken. what you’ve worked to build, in academia and in relationships and in life, is stronger and more enduring that your mind may teach you to believe. don’t let imagined fragility lead you to giving up

𝓮𝔁𝓪𝓶 𝓼𝓮𝓪𝓼𝓸𝓷
exams are unfortunately close for most of us and I haven’t posted in MONTHS because i’ve been so so stressed. But honestly posting these reduces my stress so i’m going to give some tips to help you reduce your stress. Hopefully this helps anyone!!
𝓭𝓮𝓭𝓲𝓬𝓪𝓽𝓮 𝓪 𝓭𝓪𝔂 𝓯𝓸𝓻 𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓻 𝓯𝓪𝓿𝓸𝓾𝓻𝓲𝓽𝓮 𝓱𝓸𝓫𝓫𝔂
Personally, i love to bake and i always dedicate my saturday to just me and the ingredients in the kitchen. Of course for you it doesn’t have to be a Saturday and you don’t have to bake, but do something that takes your mind away from school
𝓵𝓸𝓸𝓴 𝓰𝓸𝓸𝓭 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓯𝓮𝓮𝓵 𝓰𝓸𝓸𝓭
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELFF!!! It’s key to look after yourself - dedicate 30 minutes to calming down before you sleep. It makes such a difference, especially over time.

I know that i’m telling you to take your mind off of school but this might help you to do so. Do your homework to the best of your ability but make sure you are efficient. No distractions and you’ll get it done super quick!!
