🇬🇧 I finally watched the Netflix documentary “Minimalism”. I’ve always been fascinated by minimalism and I’ve been trying to live my life that way on many aspects. I found the documentary so inspirational and I strongly suggest you to watch it. Keep with you only what’s really important to you and leave the rest behind. 🇬🇧 I always try to get better and better in what I like to do. I’m really enjoying making rings so I decided to take a step forward with this ring. I used two kinds of wood and three inlays. Ash wood on the inside, Sapele Mahogany on the outside with an Ash wood inlay between two Copper inlays. I’m pretty happy with it. What do you think about it? Let me know your opinion in the comments. My brother said it looks like “an ancient furniture” 😂😂 Do you agree? Some time ago one of my customers ordered two wedding rings made of grey oak and asked me to send him three pictures: one of the raw wood that I was going to use to make the rings, one of the unfinished rings and one of the glossy finished rings on my hands, the artisan's hands. He said: "This way it will be like I was there during the process". This special request made me think a lot about how important these rings were to him. So I decided, not only to send him the pictures he asked for, but to film all the process and make a video. So here it is: wooden wedding rings FROM SCRATCH.
