Knows the government does abominable things but instead of leaving he just chooses to be 1 level lower than he could be so he doesn't have to directly receive the war crime orders. Will not intervene to save his grandson's life but will prevent someone else from doing so while crying about it. Does absolutely nothing to improve the system and gets mad when people fight it. Used to be the most deadly and dangerous mercenary in the world but then he got a moral compass and now is only dangerous to people who want to hurt others. People hear his name and send in 10+ guys to take him down but they all fail. Is always the only one standing at the end of any fight. The only time he gets knocked out it’s after getting hit in the head with an actual carnival ride. Can take out six guys in the time it takes another character to drop a bag.

One of my personal favourite Blorbos from my childhood, grumpy bastard who would kill and die for his team if needed. Loyal as hell. Will never forgive the series for only ever hinting at the OT3. But damnit it still had those hints. Also, despite seeming like he is just the heavy hitter of the team, he is also way smarter than he first appears to be. Retrieval Specialist for a reason. Also attaching some videos, because I can!

He is a licensed war criminal with government protection and no oversight who uses his considerable strength to take over an entire country, deposing its long standing royal family, enslaving its people and brainwashing the rest. He tried to groom a grieving child into a perfect, loyal soldier, and would have succeeded if his brother had not been working to infiltrate the criminal organization to get info for the marines higher ups. He is a remorseless killer, he spends his free time drinking sangria on the balcony, he wears a giant pink feather coat, he uses nearly invisible strings to slice people up and when the jig is up, he tries to genocide the entire country. Also he helps bankroll a mad scientist to develop chemical weapons and synthetic devil fruits that debilitate 75% of people who use them (or are forced to use them).

Everyone’s always like “he’s the absolute worst I fucking hate this guy” and I get it but like 🤤🤤🤤
