Blockages are being cleared, but you must allow the energy to flow. Please, get out of your own way! The only interference that needs to be remedied right now is the fear of not being able to ______. My best advice is to surround yourself with love today (and on any day you find yourself overwhelmed). It’s a good day for self care. 💕💖💗💓💝💘💞 Leaning into your softer side, and being more compassionate and patient, will help you feel more relaxed and at peace as these things no longer serving you just sorta float away. Stay grounded, folks. With this pink moon at full peak the night of April 5, the likelihood of irritability, frustration, and repressed emotions surfacing is great indeed. But with that also comes great passion, an opportunity for self-awareness, and shedding another layer of what no longer serves you. Change can be scary, making us feel insecure, not because of a lack of self-confidence but because it’s fresh and new, or the fear of other people’s judgments, the worry of disappointing the important people in your life or them disappointing you, the list goes on and on…especially while so much is happening in the world to be angry and hurt about! Stop that worrying now by stepping outside barefoot, wearing red, drinking a hot cup of chamomile tea, or try taking 7 healing deep breaths, just to name a few.

Story time…

A very special comment in tonight’s LIVE reminded me of a pivotal moment in my freshman year of college at USC. I was a tired architecture student studying the night away like usual when I was called to help a stranger off a ledge. I was 19, had no clue what it meant or felt like to feel so alone and hopeless, but at the very least I knew this person needed someone and I knew my friends that knew them needed someone too. I don’t remember much of the conversation, only us sitting and talking in the dark co-ed bathroom on the cold floor, for what seemed like hours. I don’t know what came of this person, but I do know they lived to see another day and a reason to hope, and that left me with an undeniable feeling of wanting to help others. I didn’t know it then, but I’m realizing tonight that was another tangible moment of spiritual awakening. You never know the impact you have on others, but mostly I think you never realize the impact others have on you. Human connection sparks a cosmic effect across all space and time. It was around this time in 2002, and here I am 21 years later finally doing what I’m meant to do, not even realizing my heart and soul were already there the whole time. PLEASE DON’T GIVE UP! The things that you are meant to hold are already in your reach. Look for signs, or simply let the universe guide you there.
