Xavier would be the type to stay close to your side, quietly observing as you navigate the aisles. While you're eager to explore the entire supermarket, he's content to help push the trolley, ensuring your load is lighter. If you're lingering too long, he might find a single spot to stand in, his calm demeanor making it seem like he's part of the scenery—until you catch him dozing off while waiting. His main interest sparks when you approach the meat section, where he either gazes at the various cuts with quiet fascination or gestures for you to come and examine his finds.

Zayne would take a methodical approach, naturally steering you toward healthier options due to his medical background. He’d scrutinize ingredient labels with a professional's precision, occasionally raising an eyebrow at your snack selections. His firm stance on avoiding "unnecessary" indulgences would spark a few debates, but any mention of carrots—a personal dislike—would make him relent with a quiet grumble. Always prepared, he'd have a detailed grocery list in hand, meticulously checking off items while attempting to keep you from straying too far from the plan.

Rafayel would be a lively companion, eagerly wandering the aisles while asking for directions on what to bring back to the cart. When you're searching for something specific, he'd flash his irresistible charm at the staff, effortlessly persuading them to help locate the item—even if it’s tucked away in some obscure corner of the store. His energy and antics would make the trip anything but mundane.

Sylus would insist on pushing the trolley, especially if it’s loaded, using it as an excuse to take charge. Price tags? Irrelevant to him. Though grocery runs are a task his henchmen would typically handle, he sees the outing as an opportunity for quality time. He'd grab your favorite items without hesitation, planning ahead for when you’d inevitably crave them. Trailing behind you would be two of his men (Luke and Kieran), always at the ready. If something is out of stock, Sylus wouldn’t hesitate to dispatch them to other stores, ensuring you never need to part from his side during the trip.

Hello, first of all I want to thank you for the amazing scenes with Sylus. Thank you a lot 🥰
I would like to make a request IF you have the time and energy for it...
Would it be possible to write a scene with Sylus and Caleb (the supposed dead childhood friend)?
I read somewhere that both of them are 190 cm and big in every sense of word...
Maybe Caleb finds out about Sylus being mcs love interest and is not that happy about it? Or something like that. Oh and don't forget the smut or fluff - anything that works for you.
Thank you again ☺️

You and Caleb were out fetching groceries for your grandmother’s house. The marketplace bustled with its usual energy, though it wasn’t overly crowded today, making it easier to navigate. As you wandered between the stalls, you and Caleb exchanged stories about your daily lives, the rare time together making the moment all the more enjoyable. After all, with your hectic schedules, holidays were the only chances to catch up like this.
Usually, you handled errands like these on your own. You didn’t mind—it was part of your routine. Caleb, being busier than you, rarely had the time. And yet, here he was now, proving you wrong.
"Ahha, what’s wrong with helping out?" he said when you’d expressed surprise at his presence. "Coming back early to spend time with you and Gran feels like a win to me."
That cheeky, sheepish grin of his left you sighing in mock defeat. Caleb always had a way of disarming you, leaving little room for argument.
At the counter, you reached for your card to pay for the groceries, but Caleb was faster. His card swiped through effortlessly, his grin triumphant.
"Seriously?" you muttered, shaking your head as you turned toward the bags the cashier was packing.
The bags weren’t heavy, and you reached to grab them, only for Caleb to intercept again.
“I can carry those, Caleb,” you protested, giving him a pointed look.
“I know, pipsqueak, but remember the time the bottom ripped and all the groceries went flying?” His teasing smirk was impossible to ignore.
“That wasn’t my fault! The bag was overloaded—”
“Uh-uh,” he interrupted, hoisting the bags with ease. “Safety measures, remember?”
Obviously, you weren’t winning this one.
As you and Caleb made your way out of the marketplace, chatting and laughing about past mishaps, the bustling environment seemed to shift. The lively chatter and hum of merchants became distant, replaced by a curious lull. Your steps slowed, and instinctively, you looked around.
That’s when you saw him—Sylus.
Dressed in his usual sharp, all-black ensemble, the man looked impossibly out of place in the rustic charm of the marketplace. His presence was magnetic yet foreboding. His striking features—sharp jawline, piercing red eyes that seemed to see too much, and the faint smirk that hinted at both arrogance and danger—commanded attention. Even standing still, he exuded confidence like a coiled serpent, aware of its lethal potential but patient enough to strike only when necessary.
You instinctively stiffened. Though you knew Sylus from past, shall we say, unconventional encounters, it was never easy being in his proximity. Caleb noticed your shift and followed your gaze, his cheerful expression quickly replaced by suspicion.
"Who’s that?" Caleb asked, voice low and taut.
You opened your mouth to respond, but Sylus noticed you both. His smirk widened ever so slightly, and before you could decide whether to walk away or wave, he was moving toward you, his gait casual but purposeful.
Well, fancy seeing you here,” Sylus drawled, his voice smooth, almost mocking. His gaze flickered to Caleb, scanning him like he was a trivial detail in a much larger picture, before settling on you. "And with company, no less. How... quaint."
Caleb stepped a little closer to you, shoulders squared. “Can we help you with something?” he asked, his tone polite but firm, though his unease was palpable.
Sylus turned his attention fully to Caleb now, as if noticing him for the first time. His smirk turned sharper, a predator recognizing a challenge it didn’t take seriously. "Help? From you? I doubt it, but the offer’s adorable." He then shifted back to you, his tone softening to something almost conversational. "Running errands, are we? Never pictured you as the domestic type."
"Sylus," you interjected, trying to steer the interaction. "We’re just here for groceries. Nothing... noteworthy."
He tilted his head a bit, clearly entertained. "Oh, but you see, everything you do is noteworthy for me."
Caleb’s patience visibly frayed. "What’s your deal, man? You just wander around making people uncomfortable for fun?"
Sylus chuckled, low and dark. "Only when they’re worth my time." He stepped closer—not enough to invade your space, but enough to make his presence loom. "Relax, kid. I’m merely catching up with an old... acquaintance."
Caleb frowned, glancing between you and Sylus. “Acquaintance? You never mentioned this guy before.”
“It’s... complicated,” you muttered, not wanting to dig into the gritty details of how you knew Sylus, or why his interest in you felt more like a game than genuine connection.
Sylus raised a brow, clearly enjoying the tension he’d stirred. "Complicated. Now there’s an understatement." His gaze lingered on Caleb, as if deciding whether to entertain the conversation. "But don’t worry, I have no intention of spoiling your errand run. Today."
There was an unspoken weight to the last word, one Caleb didn’t miss. His jaw tightened, and you could feel the tension radiating off him.
"Come on, Caleb," you said quickly, grabbing his arm and tugging him toward the exit. "We should get back to Gran."
Sylus didn’t move to stop you, but his voice followed as you walked away. "See you around, sweetie.”
The casual arrogance in his tone made your skin prickle. You didn’t have to look back to know his smirk was still there, etched with the promise of future encounters.
As soon as you were out of earshot, Caleb exhaled sharply. “Who the hell is that guy? And why does he talk like he’s in some kind of mob movie?”
You forced a chuckle, though your grip on the grocery bags tightened. “Just... someone from the past. Don’t let him get to you. He thrives on that.”
Caleb frowned but said nothing, though you knew this wouldn’t be the last you’d hear about it. And deep down, you couldn’t shake the feeling Sylus’s appearance wasn’t just a coincidence—it rarely ever was.

Xavier didn’t mind that you’d loved someone before him; what mattered to him was that you were with him now.
What did trouble him, however, was seeing you still consumed by grief for your previous partner.
Each time he caught you gazing off with that same half-lidded, guilty look, his heart ached.
He longed to lift your spirits, to see you smile fully again, radiating like the stars he admired.
During your breakdowns or moments of doubt about your relationship, he was always there, steady and present.
“I’m here for you,” he’d remind you softly, pulling you into his arms. His face would nuzzle into your hair as he breathed in your familiar scent, offering you the comfort you needed.

Being a widow didn’t bother Zayne; your past love was a part of you, and that only deepened his understanding of you.
As a doctor, he’d seen the weight of grief many times and knew how overwhelming the process could be.
He never forced physical closeness, respecting your boundaries unless you sought it or he sensed you desperately needed it.
Despite wanting to hold you close, he understood the importance of giving you space to process your emotions.
“Take your time,” he’d murmur gently, his voice soothing as his hand stroked the side of your head with quiet affection.
Zayne never rushed your healing; instead, he patiently offered the time and space you needed to move forward.

It was selfish of him, but Rafayel couldn’t help feeling a pang of sadness knowing someone else had held your heart before him.
He had waited years—decades—for you, and though he wanted your love entirely, he knew better than to let those feelings cloud his actions.
At first, he struggled with seeing you lost in thought, your gaze far away in a place he couldn’t reach. But when he saw your grief—the tears streaming down your face—it shattered him.
His own selfish desires seemed trivial compared to your pain; he just wanted to ease the sorrow that weighed so heavily on you.
Though you were slowly moving forward, he knew it wasn’t easy. He admired your strength and vowed to support you through it all.
“I’m never leaving you,” he reassured you in a quiet, steady voice. “You’ll always have me.” His words carried the weight of someone who deeply understood the pain of loss.

Despite his arrogance, Sylus was surprisingly perceptive and emotionally attuned—especially when it came to you.
You couldn’t hide anything from him: the faint strain in your voice, the forced curve of your smile. He saw through it all, and that’s why you finally opened up to him.
Loving him felt natural, but guilt lingered, knowing a part of your heart still mourned your previous partner’s absence.
Before you even said a word, Sylus already seemed to sense your turmoil. When you poured out your feelings, his response was a soft, knowing chuckle.
“Why are you worried? You’re here with me now, aren’t you?” His words felt dismissive at first, but you soon realized it wasn’t indifference—it was certainty.
Sylus was unwavering in his commitment. He didn’t shy away from your grief or try to compete with your past. He was willing to wait, to love you fully and fiercely, no matter how long it took.
In his own way, he made sure you knew: you had his support, his patience, and his heart.

╰。 Is this why I am so attracted to both of these polar opposites- ADSKBDKSADSA
If you think you are crazy for thinking that Sylus and Xavier have some kind of beef with each other you are not completely crazy because of how many parallels these two characters have.
Sylus is a criminal, Xavier is a hunter.
Xavier is a prince, Sylus is a dragon. (Princes usually slay dragons on fairy tales).
Sylus is associated with light, Sylus with darkness. Both of their Evols work in opposite ways.
Xavier's design is much more softer, with lighter colors and he has soft features, Sylus on the other hand, has darker colors and his features are more sharp.
If we take it more deeply, Xavier's signature color is blue and Sylus' is red, and both of these colors are in all kinds of media to represent rivalry.
Xavier (Lumiere) is considered a hero, and he can access the N109 Zone, Sylus is considered a monster, and he's aware of who Xavier is, and he may know that Xavier is Lumiere.
So no, you are not crazy babygirl, you are just as deranged as me 😘

╰。 I don't normally reblog aside LADS content, but hear me out...
Unlike published authors, fanfiction writers don’t get paid for their work. All we ask for is a little appreciation and recognition—it’s what fuels our passion to keep creating. Writing fanfiction offers us personal enjoyment, but there’s no monetary reward or tangible compensation. At its heart, sharing fanfiction is about connecting with others who share the same interests. Sharing fictions is about connecting with people who have the same interest as yours, being deprived from that is just soul-wrecking.
A writer friend told me something that broke my heart a little bit today; they're going to quit publishing their fanfic.
My instant thought was that they had been trolled or attacked or that something terrible had happened in their life because this person is so passionate about their writing. It wasn't any of that. Engagement with their works has been going down, as it has for many of us. Comments are like gold dust a lot of the time, and just looking through the historical comment counts on old fics on ao3 demonstrates this trend very clearly. It was not simply the comments dropping off which caused them to decide to stop posting, however.
My friend came across a discord server for their fandom (I should point out here that their fandom interest and mine diverged a couple of years ago, we stay in touch but don't currently read each other's posts because I'm not into their fandom and they would rather gouge their eyes out with a wooden spoon than read anything Star Wars) and specifically to share fic in that fandom. They joined, because we all love a good fic rec, only to discover that their latest multichapter fic, which has almost no comments and very few kudos, is being hotly discussed in this server as one of the best stories ever. Not one of these people has bothered to say this to them on the fic. When they asked, none of participants could see the point in telling the author of the fic they apparently loved so much that they love it.
This discovery has absolutely destroyed my friend's love of sharing fic. They share because they love seeing other people's enjoyment, and fic writers do that through comments and kudos/reblogs/likes because we don't get paid. There is no literary critic writing a blog post/article about how amazing the story is for us to copy and keep/frame. There is no money from royalties. All we have are the words of the people reading our works.
Those people on that server could have taken five minutes of the time they spent gushing about how amazing my friend's story was to other people and used it to tell the one person guaranteed to want to hear that praise how much they loved it. They could have taken a moment to express their opinion to the person who spent hours upon hours plotting, writing, editing, and posting those chapters. Instead, they deprived my friend of thing that keeps them sharing their writing, and in the process have killed their love of it. My friend now feels used and unmotivated.
I won't be sharing a link to their fic, they said I could share their experience but not their identity. I know they plan to post one final chapter. I know they intend to express their hurt at being excluded from the praise for the thing they created, and I know they intend to announce that as a consequence they will not be posting for a long while, if at all.
So please, I beg you, don't hide your love of a story from the writer. It's just about the only thing we have.

๋ ࣭ ⭑❅.ᐟ So, it's been about 2-3 weeks ever since I updated, I've been a bit inactive on both LADS and Tumblr. But I do have a few announcement to make, I'm just finishing up my midterms examination and then I'll continue uploading.
I do have several requests that's been in my inbox, I apologize for not being able to fulfill them for a while now. I am flattered that my writings continued to get recognized despite my sudden hiatus, thank you everyone!
On another negative note; Somehow, despite my inactivity, that didn't stop some people to send hate anonymous texts on my inbox so I'm removing that feature for now.
These people have too much time in their hands. If you have a problem with me, confront me and stop hiding behind an anonymous or disposable blog accounts, lol.

Hi! So I would like to request the LaDs boys or just Sylus honestly lol. What they would do if mc got kidnapped, possibly kidnapped for their aether core and experimented on. I imagine it would be quite interesting to read. Thank you for your writings!

Normally, missing Sylus' calls would mean you were ignoring him out of some petty reason or spite. But when his third call went unanswered and your phone showed as out of service, he knew instantly something had gone wrong.
Without a moment's hesitation, Sylus barked orders to his loyal henchmen, Kieran and Luke, commanding them to scour every CCTV feed and dig through records to find your last known location. Sylus had connections everywhere—an underworld network of people ready to act at his whim—and he wasn’t shy about using it, especially when it came to you. He would burn the city down if that’s what it took to keep you safe.
It didn’t matter if his own life was on the line—there was no hesitation in his mind when it came to saving you. No second thoughts, no doubts.
It took him less than five minutes to locate you, he almost admired the audacity of your kidnappers. Whether they were stupid or simply suicidal didn’t matter. Regardless of what fueled their recklessness, they would soon regret kidnapping someone who belonged to him.
He didn’t need backup for this—no, he wanted to personally deal with these fools. He relished the thought of their faces when they realized the depths of their mistake.
Kicking down the warehouse door, Sylus shattered the warehouse door, splinters flying as his imposing figure stepped into the dimly lit space. His crimson eyes swept the space, taking in the twisted array of scientific equipment, confirming what he suspected—they knew about the aether core within you.
The dozen or so people in the room—some in lab coats, others armed to the teeth—stopped their work, all turning to face him as he strode inside. “Who are you? Leave now, this area is restricted!” one barked, the group tightening around him, guns pointed directly at his chest.
Sylus chuckled darkly, tilting his head as he adjusted his gloves with a practiced calmness. “You really don’t know who you’re dealing with, do you?” His voice was low, amused.
“I’ve got to say… the sheer audacity it takes to try something like this is almost impressive.” He shook his head, still unfazed by the guns trained on him, his eyes glowing more intensely.
In the corner of the room, you stirred. Your vision blurred from the blow to your head, but the sight of that familiar silver hair pierced through the fog. “Sylus…?” you croaked, barely able to form the words.
You hadn’t been harmed—yet. Had they gone further… well, death would’ve been a mercy compared to what he had planned for them.
In the blink of an eye, Sylus was at your side, effortlessly tearing the restraints from your wrists. You collapsed into him, your trembling arms wrapping around his back, and he returned the embrace—briefly, but firmly.
The kidnappers, clearly on edge, turned their guns toward you both, and you braced yourself for the sound of gunfire.
Sylus leaned in, his lips brushing your ear as he whispered, “Close your eyes for me, sweetie.”
The next few moments were a whirlwind of screams, then deafening silence. The metallic tang of blood filled the air, warm splatters dotting the floor. You didn't dare to open your eyes knowing the gruesome scene he left.
Limbs were strewn across the floor, blood pooling beneath the mutilated bodies—there wasn’t a single one left whole. He had torn them apart as if they were nothing but paper.
Sylus held you tightly, unbothered by the carnage around him. Gently, he lifted you into his arms and carried you out of the blood-soaked room as if it were just another day. Opening your eyes, you saw Kieran and Luke waiting outside, as if nothing had happened, completely unfazed by the massacre that had just unfolded inside.
"Investigate the warehouse," He ordered, his tone icy. "I want to know who was behind this." Without a word, the two men moved into the now deathly quiet space, ready to uncover whatever secrets the kidnappers had left behind.
As Sylus carried you away, his hands tenderly soothing your wrists, his mind was already racing ahead. Whoever orchestrated this would pay, no matter where they hid. They had dared to lay hands on you—his, and his alone. They would learn the true meaning of suffering.

Ransom and Chocolate Cakes

ᯓ❅ ┆ synopsis┆ : POV: You decided to kidnap a certain mechanical crow

It was just an ordinary day for Sylus—at least, for him. He sat propped against the headboard of his bed, one hand holding a book while the other adjusted his glasses. The manor was eerily quiet, with neither the twins nor his mechanical bird in sight, though he found the silence liberating. It was a rare break from the usual noise that filled the halls.
The soft buzz of his phone disrupted the stillness. Without much thought, he reached for it from the bedside table, glancing at the caller ID. A small smirk tugged at his lips when he saw who it was.
Before he could say anything, her voice broke through—pouty, with an unmistakable air of mischief but no real threat behind it. “I’ve kidnapped Mephisto,” she announced, sounding almost rehearsed.
A raspy chuckle escaped him, more of a scoff than a laugh. "Is there a reason you’ve kidnapped Mephisto, sweetie?" he asked, closing his book and placing it in his lap, now fully invested in the conversation.
“I demand a ransom,” she replied, her voice slightly muffled, as if she were cuddling something soft—a pillow or a plushie, he imagined. “Chocolate cake and snuggles. If you want him back unharmed, you’d better come over soon.”
Sylus shook his head, already piecing together the cause of her sudden demands. With a swipe on his phone, he checked the calendar before returning it to his ear. “Did your period start today?” he asked knowingly.
There was a pause. “… No,” she finally replied, but the delay and tone gave her away and it only made Sylus smile wider, totally unconvinced.
He chuckled again, entertained by her antics. “Alright, I’ll be right over. Just make sure Mephisto stays alive for me, sweetie.”
“Okay,” she answered, her voice followed by a quick shuffling sound as if she stood up to check on something. “Mephisto’s fine. He’s eating popcorn and watching Hallmark Christmas movies with me.”
Sylus hummed in amusement. There was another moment of quiet before she spoke up again, her voice carrying a hint of uncertainty. “Can mechanical crows even eat? Is he allowed to have popcorn?”
A smirk touched his lips. “Not exactly.”
“Oh… shoot,” she muttered under her breath, likely glancing worriedly at the bird now pecking at the popcorn she’d made.
“Don’t worry, it won’t hurt him. I’ll be there in twenty minutes, and I’ll bring every type of chocolate cake you can dream of,” Sylus reassured, standing up, preparing to leave and rescue his mechanical crow from the whims of his mischievous kitten.
“…Okay...” she trailed off, her voice softer, almost hesitant, and it made him pause. He waited, knowing she wasn’t done. After a few seconds, she added, “…Can you also rub my tummy? Your hands make a good heating pad.”
Her tone was almost sheepish, and Sylus couldn’t help but smile to himself. “Yes, sweetie. I’ll rub your stomach—and anything else you need. See you soon."
