if you ever get the urge to binge and can’t stop yourself, binge HEALTHY foods! i know you crave the things that are the worst for you, but if you stuff your face with healthy stuff you will only have so much room for the bad, or none at all! and less regret the next day :) this helps me, i hope it can help someone else as well!

NEW RULES FOR ME (A DUMBASS)
• TAKE YOUR VITAMINS DUMMY
• drink WATER! aim for a gallon a day. 0 cal drinks are okay but don’t count toward water intake
• limit of ONE non-water drink at work a day. always get the smallest size & keep it as low-cal as possible
• VEGAN DIET. girl. you’re allergic to dairy & don’t like contributing to the suffering of animals. fucking stop eating cheese, idiot
• NO FOOD AT WORK! you will binge!! just don’t eat anything at work!!!!!!!!!!
• absolutely NO FOOD before noon or after eight pm. try not to eat anything at all until dinner
• eat SLOW. take your time. chew your food. enjoy it. drink water between bites. NEVER finish a plate and do NOT get seconds
• 600 CALORIE GOAL! work off ANYTHING over the limit
• EXERCISE! do yoga, run, dance around your bedroom IDC just do something active for at least 30 minutes. try to burn as many calories as you can, but be SAFE & don’t pass out sis
