"If you use any pronouns why do you introduce yourself with they/them?"
Think of using multiple pronouns like have a menu with a bunch of food options. However, at this restaurant of choice there's a strange rule where you can't order your own food (unless you feel like speaking in the third person I suppose). I am merely providing an option that I don't receive as much as I'd like. Say I look like a mac n' cheese sort of guy so everybody always orders me mac n' cheese. After a while those dino nuggies look really tasty. There are of course those who are perfectly happy with the same meal. Great for them! We love that. Does that mean I hate mac n' cheese? Of course not, it's delicious! But getting it every single time does make you want to try something different.
There are those who are strictly against eating meat and you feel like you can't even bring up eating the dino nuggies. There are some you never offer the menu in fear of how they'd react. There are the sweeties who ask what you feel like eating. And then there are the mad lads who order every item on the menu for you.
