after the recent bnha chapters, I’m clawing at the walls for Mina and Kirishima to talk about what went down with Machia, so I took it into my own hands and wrote this!

The weight of what happened in the fight against Gigantomachia reaches its breaking point until Mina feels like she's suffocating under the guilt of her failure and the personal price of that hesitation.

They looked good together, she realized, as he took a few photos and then shoved the phone back into her hand. “You pick,” he said, avoiding her gaze. “I don’t give a shit.” He had a good eye, she thought, as she looked through the pictures he had taken. The framing and lighting was perfect — like everything he did, she supposed. More than that, they looked so comfortable in each other’s arms. Natural.  It didn’t mean anything.
