Just want to say I’m not talking about the trolls when I’m talking about fascism in this post. In truth i completely forgot that trolls are deeply rooted in antisemitism. I was talking about the monarchy because it’s a classic fairytale of corse it’s going to end pro monarchy even if it shouldn’t. That’s just how it goes. Though i do want to say i personally feel like there is a difference in saying there are fascist themes and that the story is fascist but I’m too tired to get into that.

I have been seeing some interesting takes on Cinderella’s Castle and i just want to say it’s okay to not like something and not a have a strong reason for not liking that thing. I’ve some people say that just didn’t vibe with it or the second half took them out of it and those are extremely valid reasons. That it has “fascist” themes or it’s obvious that it came after HatchetField are in fact not valid reasons and let’s be honest you’re grasping for straws as to why you personally didn’t vibe with it. It has a labyrinth/dark crystal dark 80s fairytale vibe and that’s just not for everyone and that okay. You don’t need a strong reason to not like it, it’s fine if it just wasn’t for you personally. Duke is super funny because imagining the first few times he went out during the day is hilarious. Criminals trying to get away with shit during the day before night comes then all of a sudden the lights around them are blinding and then bam their knocked out. The criminals wake up and like “wtf happened” and the cops are just like “yeah so The Signal caught you.” and the criminals just go “THE FUCKING BAT SIGNAL??!” Anyway love Duke and i bet he’s endlessly entertained by the day shift.

Stranger Things Modern AU where the plot is still happening it’s just modern and the Wheeler Family have a family vlogging channel. Like it’s starts with Karen being pregnant with Holly and just spirals from there. When Will disappeared she would do like a whole video about it that ends with Will in the hospital. In season 2 she talks about the “chemical leak” and how its impacted her family. Season three was supposed to be a fun family vlog about at the fair but eventually it is about the mall fire and how her kids nearly died. Season four is about the murders and her going off about satanic panic. Meanwhile every year her kids look more worn down and traumatized and the fans are so fucking concerned.

Now on to stuff unrelated to the plot of the show and how Nancy and Mike would handle being a family vlogging channel. I feel like the internet would really invasive about Nancy and her relationships because Steve would have been in a lot of the vlogs but Jonathan would only like short appearances. Mike i feel like end up venting about everything throw music but some of his song are about Will and people would be constantly asking and speculating his sexuality. Nancy would be quick to talk about the dangers and the negative effects of family vlogging and how it’s ruined her relationship with her mom. Mike on the other hand wouldn’t really want to talk about it and would mostly wants to get Holly out of the situation without exposing her more to the internet.

I have so many mixed opinions on Viktor being confirmed ace. I’m acearo and disabled so on one side its nice to have the rep but on the other side is it even actual rep? I don’t mean that in “he should’ve had a coming out scene” way but more in the “this just here to try and stop shipping” kinda way. Like I’m sorry but being ace doesn’t stop sex and making a character ace doesn’t stop shipping. Like look at Hazbin hotel fandom they couldn’t give too shits that Alistor is ace.

I like Viktor he’s not like one of my all time fav characters but i do like his character and rep he brings and i see a lot of my pain and struggle in him so to see him being reduced to stereotyping is disheartening. I do think there is something to say how he decides to become fully robotic (tho the arcane def manipulated him a bit into it) and is later broken out of it by love. It does in a way subvert the unfeeling ace trope but it was unintentional by the writers so it feels lazy. Him being made ace in this way is lazy. I love him being ace but i hate how it’s done.

One of my black cousins hc is that they all know how to play at least one instrument and are forced to play at parties and events. Sirius in my opinion plays the piano and Regulus plays the violin. Bella plays some kinda wood instrument, Andy plays the cello and Narcissa plays the harp. This is what i personally think they would play but i also dont play an instrument so i have bare minimum knowledge on instruments.

The idea that because Talia isn’t a perfect mother so she must be a horrible mother is just misogynistic. She might not be perfect and she might hurt Damian but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t love him and doesn’t try to help him.

Damian loves his mother even when their relationship is rocky, he still misses her. That’s his mom the woman who raised him for the first 10 years of his life. Saying she’s a horrible mom to him is discrediting all the years of love they had.

Did she raise him in a healthy and safe environment? No. Did she go out of her way to hurt him and abuse him? Also no.
