Ninety-seven years ago, a nuclear apocalypse rendered planet Earth unlivable, leaving only the four-hundred people on the twelve space stations as its survivors. Over three generations, these twelve nations joined together to form the unified Ark Station.

To preserve the human race, the leaders of the Ark implemented strict measures including: capital punishment for anyone over the age of eighteen, a ration system based on job placement, and the arrangement of marriages based on genetic compatibility. If the human race was to return to Earth, it had to be strong to survive.

Clarke Griffin turned eighteen and celebrated her birthday with a marriage ceremony.

And then we fell in love.

In her closet hung the dress meant for tonight, but Nancy opted for a quick shower and the sweats flung across the end of her bed instead, knowing there was no way she could make it to the party before midnight.  She looked at her message from Ace again, reading the follow-up to the photo. We're all missing you, everything okay with the case? Nancy typed out a reply. Miss you too, just got home—no party for me, time to find some food. She missed all of them, but on nights like this, Nancy missed her mom the most.

Post-s4 finale. Nancy and Ace deal with their fears after breaking their death curse. As good as things are right now (and they are so, so good), they are different to how they were before Temperance’s spell. Months of heartbreak and pain, the feeling of being betrayed by the person you love the most, don’t simply evaporate overnight. No matter how much they might wish it would. And that’s just something they’re going to have to talk about.

Hello! Your Secret Sleuth here, back for more… are you more in the mood for some Crew (+ pals) fun shenanigans surrounding a Nace centerpiece, or a cozy one on one Nace situation? Also, do you have any fun stupid holiday traditions in your own family?

omg okay, BOTH/EITHER of those scenarios sound good, I do love some shenanigans, but intimate is also so good. some traditions we had growing up: my mom always made cinnamon rolls from scratch for breakfast! (nowadays it's not EVERY christmas that she does that, but my BIL also makes breakfast stuff too when we get to spend it with them and it's yummy) we always did stockings LAST, oh, and we used to do like a small gift exchange on christmas eve, like each kid got to open 1 gift from one of the other siblings or something like that and we always did a big dinner on christmas eve (or lunch) depending on whatever church service we were going to.
