Housewives are someone who will take care of everyone's Health and compromise the most on thier Health.
Neeta is a classic example of it.
She ignored her health while growing up two big kids.
In early 30s she started facing knee pain, sleep apnea , Vericose veins and what not.
Health completely went on toss and she thought there is no way out.
Thanks to her brother who had transformed with me and had lost amazing 20 kgs, she got inspired and took a decision to start taking care of herself.

Having a plate full of lunch is a blessing.
Healthy eating is not just about picking the first fruit or vegetable you find in front of you.
It is also about certain combinations and food pairings
For example our favourite dal and chawal is a very healthy and complete meal with all amino acids ( meaning completing the protein )
Let me explain. All animal protein are complete proteins. But for vegetarians this can be a challenge.
Beans, Nuts and Whole Grains are incomplete in nature. But they can be combined with other foods to complete your set of proteins.
So Dal Chawal and Rajma Chawal lovers rejoice...but a word of caution...Portion control is always the key..

1. If biryani is next to you, order a big bowl of Raita and finish it before you have biryani.
It will help you fill your stomach with Fibre and Protein.
2. Use light plate to have your serving. If you are health conscious, the heavier the plate you will cut down on portions.
3. Always finish your Chicken/Mutton pieces first so that Protein will help you get filling of fullness and then in remaining portion have Rice.
4. Always have lime water after biryani which will help you digest the food.
