Settle an argument with me?
#due to reasons I never fully learned how to swim 🫣#we got swimming lessons for two weeks once a year back in primary school as it was part of the curriculum#but back then I didn't properly learn and progress much past Level 1#my skills underwater were considerably poor and I was too anxious to even attempt some of the things that would've gotten me to Level 2#(as I had a big fear that I may drown 😭)#but as part of the course in my penultimate year of primary school (Year 5)#we had to be able to dive into the pool and swim 4 laps unaided#and since I wasn't able to do anything without help apart from splash about in the shallow end (undiagnosed autism)#I was the only one in my year group who didn't end up with a swimming certificate#and it was kind of the rules back then that anybody without a certificate by Year 6 would join the younger class next time#and I didn't want to admit to my entire class that I still didn't know how to swim at the big age of ten :“)#so instead I just lied and said that I had learned how to swim elsewhere and since then I've never really been taught 😭#I can sort of splash about and stay afloat but to this day I can never really go anywhere yk?#so I suppose I just never tried 🤧

Having so many people regard me as "that one Holly fan" is just so wholesome, because I love it when people tag me in stuff with her, I love it when my moots send me Hattie related things I've never seen before, I love it when people see her and think "Ooohh, I know who's going to love this!!"
