I just lied about eating something for the first time 馃槯 idk how to feel 馃槶, my mum made dinner but I'd eaten smmm earlier and wanted to "make up" for it, so I didn't want to eat, but then she asked me what I ate earlier and I was like "..um I had some ice cream" such cap 鈽狅笍. I didn't want her to worry!!

Today was such a good day in terms of food , lowkey felt so full after dinner but I went for a walk which helped. I feel like I'm finding balance, but I can't check if it's working for two weeks since I'm on holiday 馃槙

gym = 40 mins treadmill & 20 min pilates workout
- a small popcorn
- pineapple and pomegranate seeds (btw I watched Barbie!!)
- sweet and white potatoes, broccoli, rice and stew w beef 锟斤拷
- overate at 11... Maybe I need to eat more during the day? Anyway ate abt 500 cals 馃ぇ so probs no deficit 馃様.

I feel so guilty
I just overate 1.5 packs of kinder Bueno and some orange chocolate. I'm obviously not overly full since it's not much but I'm def not in a caloric deficit anymore today. I also went over my cals yesterday bc it was my dad's bday, we went to dinner and a film where I ate popcorn, then I shared a kinder bueno w my brother.
I just want to reach my goals but I'm in a weird spot rn 馃様.

You guys. I was on my period for the last 3 days so I didn't weigh myself. Today I did, what the fuck I'm 57.9!!!! Is this even possible??? I mean, I've dropped 1.7kg!! I literally weighed myself around 7 times all around my house, I'm so confused! I'm going to weigh myself again in the morning (I woke up in the middle of the night lol), wish me luck AHHH 馃槝馃槝

very fun to do and burn 108kcal
- 30 minutes walking cardio from allblanc
simple and easy workout when you鈥檙e lazy
- lesserafim workout
you will be so tired after this ! but it鈥檚 a very good workout and it burn a lot of calories
- 12 minutes Arm tone from blogilates
it鈥檚 an amazing workout to tone your arms, i started to see r茅sultes in a week ^^
- Lower abs from blogilates
i struggled a lot when it came to my lower abs since it鈥檚 a hard spot to lose fat, but this workout is the best one i鈥檝e tried so far, it hurt so much but i saw amazing results after two weeks of doing it 4 times a week.
- 20 minutes thigh& legs from blogilates
my legs and thighs burn so much with this one, it really tone your lower body !!
- 15 minutes full body Hiit from chloe ting
