Bright dark eyes, playful, brimmed with hope

Begging to see all there is, be it through book, travel or telescope.

Asking only to aid others in their journeys and to savingly answer their calls,

Daydreaming of times between work of resting in the mist of waterfalls.

Dancing, singing, weaving joy into all you do

It is no wonder, my honored friend, why one would follow you.

Even unto, so long as guided by your breath, the deepest darkest depths

Even through any high or low, the variations I accept.

Even as it promises adventures with quill in hand. A proper poets death.
