2) This is also a huge problem in the transformers fandom, especially with this ship. Jazz is pretty much the only consistently black coded character throughout every version he has appeared in and Prowl is straight up a cop. I’ve seen so many slave aus for these two and it’s fucking disgusting. People tend so hypersexualize Jazz and there’s just so much rampant racism that the fandom doesn’t even notice (don’t even get me started on their fetishization and hypersexualization of the Asian coded character Drift) and it really shouldn’t be going unchecked.
