Using scuba jersey fabric as a sample to test the weighted belt with bulgur wheat - needs stuffing aswell to create the puffy shape

Experimenting with tool to add volume to the skirt - have decided not to use as it won’t create the correct shape

3D experimentation with the skirt. Calico didn’t have the same effect as ripstop so I used Sainsbury’s bags, and then experimented with adding weight so certain panels
