Yeah, this argument falls apart at the author, which I acknowledge, HOWEVER

1960s doesn't have them used as medications. No more heroin cough syrup or Coca-Cola with cocaine or just opium for when a baby doesn't want to sleep like it should. Victorian era drug usage all the way!

In fact we should petition the authors to write more opium into their Victorian stories, so they start writing some other eras!

hi everyone, im cyan a disabled lgbtq nonbinary girl and the reason for this post is that im all around struggling. 

i would really appreciate any help possible, because im really having issues hanging in there.

my most urgent need is $500 to pay an university debt i have a deadline of three weeks on but, theres more context below. thank you.

i was robbed at gunpoint the 26th of june, my phone, debit card, license, id-- all of it was taken that night and i havent recovered from that, financially or emotionally.

on top of that, i very clearly have issues to work through but i cant afford therapy and psychiatry (i only have the latter, and those meds are crazy expensive) plus being physically disabled with chronic back nerve pain after a surgery, i want to restart the disability process but last time it went nowhere.

i am a student at university and i work, but i make around $400 (tops) monthly and i have a debt with university of $500 that needs to be paid within the next three weeks. 

my laptop is 10 years old and the ipad i use to draw in is also feeling the effects of obsolescence so, im really stressed out, to say the least. living in one of the most dangerous cities in the world (not in wartime conditions) , being in an emotionally abusive home and just, everything else has really taken a toll on me. 

so, truly, anything helps. this is basically a quality of life fund, whatever doesnt go to pay the debt or healthcare will go into savings to try and update electronics or get skin products for my atopic dermatitis/bfrb.
