Hey, Simmers! 💙 I was so excited for the new update, but of course, with new updates come new bugs… and oh boy, there are plenty. The first and most horrifying one? Kids with extremely exaggerated body curves. 😭 I tried everything—CAS, resetSim—nothing works. I am losing my mind!

So, I decided to just focus on playing my family instead.

But then—Dobroslava woke up from her afternoon nap in excruciating pain! My heart dropped.

I thought this game was about to hit me with another tragic blow… but luckily, the baby was fine. Phew. 😮‍💨

I also finally managed to complete all the tasks in the Time Travelling Event with Emit! ✅

And at last, baby Víta was born! 🎉 Welcome to the chaos, little one.

Aniyah, however, was not happy about yet another sibling. She already felt like she had to share her mom with two others, and now there’s a third? Yikes. Guess I need to work on those family relationships. 😬

Maybe that’s why Aniyah randomly joined the Garden Gnomes club? 🤔 She has never touched a plant in her life, but okay, girl, go off. 🌱😂

Meanwhile, while Dobroslava was out bonding with the kids at the circus, Jett was supposed to be babysitting Víta... but instead, he used that time to get closer to Emit. 😏 And, well… we all know how that turned out.

BUT! I don’t think this affair is going anywhere because… Jett actually finds Emit very unattractive. 😂 Meanwhile, his wife thinks Emit is hot. Oh, the irony!

Hi Simmers! 💙 Aniyah is not happy about her newly adopted siblings. She was used to being the only child, and now—bam—two new kids in the house. Meanwhile, her new siblings are thrilled to be part of such a big family.

While playing, I suddenly noticed something weird—Caiden was standing while peeing. Uh…? Checked CAS and… oops. Turns out Caiden is actually a boy, not a girl. My bad! Time to fix that in the family tree. 😂

Meanwhile, Dobroslava got an invite from Gulliver to join Club Cosplay. I have no idea what this club actually does because it has zero assigned activities. But hey, Gulliver looks like a complete clown in that CC, so at least it's entertaining. 🤡

Oh, and about that time travel event—after a "satisfied woohoo" (ahem), Dobroslava randomly rolled a whim to flirt with Emit???! 👀 Excuse me, ma’am?! Then I remembered—Jett is actually supposed to have a secret affair in this generation… sooo, maybe we’ll spice things up. What if Jett’s secret affair is with Emit? 🤭 Oh, the drama!

Speaking of Dobroslava, her next whim? "Become a parent." As if three kids weren’t enough! 😅 But hey, since she’s been writing excellent-quality bedtime stories for children, maybe she’s destined to become a famous children's book author.

And guess what? Dobroslava and Jett are expecting another baby! 🎉💙 Let’s see where this chaos takes us next!

🔵 Not So Berry: Base Game Edition - Generation 10 (Blue) Blue Generation Begins! Jett Takes Over! 🔵

Hi Simmers! 👋 So, Barnabáš aged up into a teenager! 🎉 Of course, when he aged up, he had absolutely terrible CC, but after a little makeover…

I actually started getting jealous and mad that he's not the heir. 😭 He looks way better than Jett, but I was already committed to the blue gen with Jett (who already has a daughter, Aniyah, with Dobroslava), so there was no turning back.

As for Hortenzie, she started painting… and because she’s 99% of the time angry, her entire portfolio consists of furious, rage-filled masterpieces. 🎨🔥😡 A true artist, really.

And speaking of Maxmilian—he finally got rid of his mom Svatoslava constantly calling him, because… well, she passed away. I thought that would be the end of it, but his half-brother Norbert started calling him instead. Apparently, being annoying over the phone runs in the family. 📞🙃

🟢 Green Gen is officially complete! 🟢 Maxmilian finally finished everything required:

✔ Completed the Computer Whiz aspiration ✔ Reached level 10 of the Tech Guru career ✔ Maxed out Mixology, Video Gaming, and Programming skills ✔ Accepted every party invite & hosted at least one event per week ✔ Had 5 good friends and 5 enemies

Since all goals were met, I kicked out Maxmilian, Hortenzie, and Barnabáš to some random household (RIP Barnabáš, you were too hot to be left behind 😭).

✨ Now the Blue Gen officially starts with Jett! ✨

First step? Dobroslava moved back in with her daughter Aniyah. Jett immediately proposed (learning from past wedding experiences… never wait!) and they got married right away. 💍💙

The next aspiration goal is to have three kids, and since one must be adopted, I went ahead and adopted two—Amelie and Caiden. Let's go, blue gen! 🚀

🌿🔵 Not So Berry Gen 9 & 10 Green/Blue Gen Update + Time Travel Event 🔵🌿Part 4

Hi Simmers! 👋Hortenzie’s day started off pretty normal... until she got swept up in an unexpected time-traveling event. 🤯 One minute she’s tending to her plants, the next she’s chatting with Emit, who looked very stressed about “something missing.”

I couldn’t help but laugh because—right behind them—a sim was standing around with no pants. 😂 Hortenzie, being the curious and chaotic soul she is, was more focused on Emit himself though. He’s kinda cute, and according to her moodlet? Extremely attractive. 😏 Time-travel romance in the cards, maybe?

Back home, the chaos was alive and well. Jett was hyper-focused on his painting skills, cranking out what the game generously called masterpieces. (Honestly? Just random squiggly lines—but hey, I’m proud, and those paintings are going on the wall 😂).

Meanwhile, Maxmilian decided to one-up everyone’s creative endeavors by... oh, you know, casually developing a game called "Life by You." Just your everyday casual Sims-level meta moment. 😅

Hortenzie was fully dedicated to the time-travel event, hopping between different places, gathering clues, and even spending hours digging through dusty books in the library. 📚 Things were going smoothly... until they weren’t.

One of the event goals? Ask an elder sim about time travel. Easy enough, right? Hortenzie figured, why not call Maxmilian’s mom, Svatoslava? They met up, chatted for a bit, and just when it seemed like Hortenzie was about to get some solid info... BAM 💀 Svatoslava dropped 💀 right there on the spot.

Cue utter chaos.

And of course, because my game can’t help itself, the Grim Reaper showed up, casually opened my PC, and broke it while browsing the web. 🖥️ Thanks a lot, Grim.

Hortenzie? Still determined. Emit better appreciate this effort because I think Hortenzie deserves a vacation after all this nonsense. 😅

💚📟 Not So Berry Gen 9 & 10 + Neighbors Drama Update 📟💚 Part 3

Hi Simmers! 👋Things are getting wild in the neighborhood, and I’m here for it 😆.

Dalibor started dating Diana (from Zero Time Dilemma) — and wow, she’s quickly become my new favorite sim 💕. They now have an adorable daughter, Herta.

Phi is dating Lešek (yes, Hortenzie’s brother 😳), and they have a daughter named Florentýna. So, yep, they’re all relatives now. Small world much? 😂

And then there’s Maxmilian's mom. Seriously, girl, are you not too old for this? She keeps calling every single day like, “Let’s party, Maxmilian!” 😂 Poor Maxmilian is falling asleep on couches at bars, while his mom's still going strong. He’s like, "Mum, I have responsibilities." She’s like, "And I have dance moves!"

Speaking of wild events, Maxmilian, his mom (of course!) and some friends went for a casual lake hangout. At first, it seemed peaceful — until someone suggested skinny dipping 💀. Absolute chaos.

Oh, and the brothers had a chaotic glow-up: Jett grew up with absolutely horrifying CC makeup and terrible hair 🤡. I was shook.

He’s started focusing on his painting skills now, creating masterpieces such as Flirty Cat and Confident Lion—both of which are absolutely awful, but naturally, I put them proudly on the wall 😂

🎮💍 Zero Time Dilemma Meets The Sims 4 💍🎮

Hi Simmers! 👋So, I finally finished Zero Time Dilemma (and wow, what a mind-bending experience it was)! After finishing the game, I couldn't resist bringing some of my favorite characters into The Sims 4 to marry into my legacy and further expand the drama 😂.

I’ve recreated Phi, Sigma, and Diana from the game! I even uploaded them to the Gallery for anyone to download. However, heads up: they’ve got some CC clothing and hair, so they’re marked as CC—though honestly, even without CC sometimes my Sims still end up tagged as such. Thanks, EA and your gallery system 😅

And if you're wondering, I also sometimes add in some real-life celebrities like Johnny Depp, Ryan Reynolds, or Channing Tatum, and even game characters I’m currently obsessed with like Shadowheart from Baldur's Gate 3.

🎨 How I Pick Color Schemes for The Sims 4 and Beyond 🎮

Hi Simmers! 👋One thing I absolutely love when decorating homes in The Sims 4, building habitats in Planet Zoo, or even creating presentations for school/work is picking the right color scheme. My secret weapon? ColorHunt 💡.

I start by selecting a theme or vibe I want, like cozy neutrals, vibrant tropicals, or modern minimalism. From there, I browse palettes on ColorHunt to find one that feels just right. The site shows harmonious combinations that are easy to apply across furniture, decor, or even walls.

✨ In The Sims 4: It can be a bit tricky since the game doesn’t have a color wheel (like The Sims 3 did 😭), and sometimes swatches just don't match perfectly. But ColorHunt helps me visualize which colors go together, so I know what to aim for when furnishing.

✨ In Planet Zoo: Since there's a color wheel in the game, I can directly select the exact shades I want. This makes creating themed habitats much more cohesive and satisfying.

✨ Other Creative Projects: I even use ColorHunt for presentations or mood boards because it’s just so helpful to see how colors complement each other.

💭 How I Pick Names for My Sims 💭

Hi Simmers! 👋 Today I wanted to share a bit about how I choose names for my Sims! At the beginning of my legacy challenge, my go-to website was Fantasy Name Generators.

I especially loved the Fantasy & Folklore section, where I found simple and unique one-word names like those from Elf, Kitsune, or Dryad name categories. For the first three generations or so, I used this method religiously.

Some of my absolute favorite names are Ytreph, Oceana, Echo, and Anchor—but Oceana and Echo are probably at the top of my list.

💚 Echo's Story:

Echo was named after the song by Jason Walker (Listen Here). She never met her father, "J," and her mother never spoke about him. Despite this mystery, Echo grew up to be a deeply spiritual and artistic soul. She met Muaricio at an art gallery where they bonded over their admiration for the same painter. They dated for a long time before finally getting married.

Echo was probably my favorite Sim ever! She was Gloomy, and even her base game default poses without any CC always conveyed so much raw emotion.

Here's a fun fact: Echo is my favorite song from the soundtrack of The Vampire Diaries. It's featured in Season 3, Episode 2, during an iconic emotional scene (Watch Here).

I also sometimes pick names from the Czech calendar, which adds a nice local touch to my game.

This 100-gen legacy isn’t my first attempt either. I previously tried it in The Sims 3, where I named my Sims after characters from League of Legends and Naruto. Unfortunately, as the family grew larger, the game started crashing. 😅

Hi Simmers! 👋Family Updates! 👶🎓

Barnabáš is busy learning how to talk, recognize shapes, and take his first steps! He’s absolutely loving his new blue-themed room—perfect for all his toddler adventures.

Jett is already visiting schools and making new friends. His closest buddy? Dobroslava, who also happens to be his first love! 🥰 Ah, young, innocent love… so adorable.

Meanwhile, Vanesa called Maxmilián over to hang out at her property. Nothing unusual—except for the random sim doing push-ups right in front of her house, near a giant sculpture. Seriously, Sims logic never fails to surprise! 😅

Vanesa’s husband, Vilibald, is rocking some wild CC fashion choices right now (it's a whole vibe, trust me).

And in the kitchen? Horténzie was doing her best... but let's just say her “flaming spaghetti” specialty isn’t winning any culinary awards. 🔥🍝

🌟 The Start of My Legendary Legacy Challenge – 100 Generations! 🌟

Hi Simmers! 👋 Today I have a story about how I started this crazy legacy challenge! 😄

I kicked things off by creating myself and my boyfriend in The Sims. Unfortunately, the only screenshot I have of us now is as elders—but hey, we’re still rocking it! 👵👴

At first, my plan was simple—just play with our firstborn child. But then, my Sim (aka me) kept calling my daughter Francesca, asking if she thought we should expand the family. Without thinking too much about the consequences, I kept saying yes... and surprise! When I returned to play as myself and my boyfriend, we suddenly had five more kids, making it a total of six.

My family kept growing, and so did the cemetery next to our house. ☠️

As I started unlocking achievements, I looked into what others I could aim for and found the Legacy Player achievement, which requires playing a single household for 10 generations. I made it my goal.

Once I achieved it, I thought, why not go even further? Enter the ultimate challenge—playing a household for 100 generations! On top of that, I also managed to unlock the Legacy Leader achievement, which means I’ve played 10 different households for 10 generations each. Balancing multiple families across different save files has been chaotic but so much fun! 🏡✨

Even though my family now occupies all four worlds available in my game, my original household, where it all started with me and my boyfriend, is still going strong. Right now, I'm already on Generation 18, and there's no stopping me!

Let's see how far I can take this legacy. 🔥

House Rebuild & Redecorating – Part 2

So... the house was getting way too small after Barnabáš was born, and I knew it was time for a BIG upgrade! I’ve already shared my obsession with the new green kitchen, but here’s a look at what I’ve done with the rest of the first floor:

✨ Living Room: I kept things simple but stylish with a cozy couch, some tech gadgets, and of course, green accents everywhere! It’s a great space for Maxmilian to chill after long hours in the Tech Guru career.

💪 Gym/Office Combo: A simple, functional space with a desk, treadmill, and just enough decor to keep it from feeling too empty. I had big plans, but... well, I spent way too much money downstairs. 😂

🚪 Hallway: I’m actually really proud of how the hallway turned out! I love adding little details that make it feel more "lived-in," like the hanging clothes in the open wardrobe, the keys by the door, and even a wallet sitting on the shelf. These small touches make the space feel more realistic while still keeping that Sims vibe (and yes, I avoided extreme alpha CC as always!).

As for the second floor... let's just say money ran out quickly after decorating the kids' blue bedrooms (I went all in on them). The bathrooms and bedroom? Uh, yeah… they’re looking a bit sad for now. But hey, at least the kids are happy, right? 😅

As I mentioned in earlier posts, I’ve been doing a "rotational gameplay" style—switching between families for a bit. Honestly, I usually skip the baby-to-child stage because let’s be real, it’s the same repetitive routine, and without the Parenthood DLC, there’s not much drama. So, while I was off playing another household, Luisa and Lota grew up.

When I returned to Aurélie’s household, something was… off. She and Vojtech had grown distant. Maybe it was because Vojtech was constantly out clubbing instead of staying home.

My friend, whose real-life self inspired Aurélie’s Sim, decided that Vojtech was getting on her nerves. And let’s face it, he never even proposed! So, Aurélie kicked him out of the house. Yes, his house. But hey, this is the Sims—logic doesn’t matter. 😏

With Vojtech gone, Aurélie now had a gorgeous two-story home all to herself. Not long after, she met Kaleb, who was Very Attractive. They hit it off, and after a few dates, he actually proposed! 🎉 My friend wanted to see how beautiful Sims weddings could be, so I built a stunning wedding venue (more on that in my next post) and got everything ready: seating for guests, cake, music—the works.

The wedding was going perfectly. Everyone was in their seats (a miracle!), the cake was ready, the guests were vibing… But then, disaster struck. Aurélie became Very Playful. Then Hysterical. And right there, at her own wedding, she died. Kaleb begged the Grim Reaper to save her, but he couldn’t convince him. 😭

Yup. That’s how it ended. A true Sims moment. 😂💀

The story doesn’t have a happy ending, but I did show my friend how fun Sims can be when you add a little chaos and mods into the mix! I recommended a few mods to her, and now she’s playing on her own—with way more drama. 😏

Aurélie is expecting… twin girls! 🍼💕 Vojtech couldn’t contain his excitement, grinning from ear to ear as they imagined their little family growing.

But of course, the drama didn’t stop there. The very next day after the baby shower, guess who called? Yep—Hugo. Again! 🙄 Will he ever leave Aurélie alone?

That evening, Vojtech returned home from work carrying something unexpected: an ATM machine. Yes, an actual ATM. Aurélie stared at it, baffled. She realized something unsettling—she had no idea what Vojtech actually did for a living. Sure, he’s attractive, owns a house, and is about to become the father of her children, but… they’re not even engaged! And yet, here she is, carrying twins.

As if that wasn’t enough, Aurélie’s head was spinning when her phone rang—again. It was that random woman from before. Yep, the one who keeps calling because Aurélie still hasn’t deleted her dating profile. Girl, seriously?! 😅

Before Aurélie could make it to the computer to fix this mess, someone rang the doorbell - Gerard. She had no idea who he was, but his trait was "cute," so maybe he’d been another match from the app? 🤷‍♀️ However, since my friend didn’t like him (sorry, Gerard), he was kicked out faster than Wolfgang at a dinner party. 🚪💨

Just as Gerard left, the chaos hit a peak—Aurélie went into labor! 😱 The twins decided it was time to join the world.

Aurélie, of course, chose Vojtech to accompany her to the ultrasound. The other options were… questionable, to say the least. 😅 Now that they knew more about the baby, it was time for the baby shower! Aurélie sent out a group message to everyone in her contacts. Everyone’s invited!

And… everyone really did show up. Including Wolfgang and Hugo. WTF?!

Aurélie was too busy to pay them much attention, though. She had her hands full in the kitchen, preparing a cake for the big reveal. The plan was to cut into the cake and reveal the color inside to announce the baby’s gender. But, of course, disaster struck! Despite her newly acquired Cooking Level 3, Aurélie managed to set the kitchen on fire! 🔥😱

Chaos erupted as everyone ran screaming from the house. Vojtech heroically grabbed the fire extinguisher and started putting out the flames, while the rest of the Sims fled outside. Wolfgang, in the middle of the commotion, decided it was the perfect time to do sit-ups. 🤦‍♀️

To avoid another kitchen catastrophe, Aurélie hired a professional caterer and decided to stick to making salad. (At least that can’t catch fire, right?) Vojtech stayed by her side in the kitchen, but it wasn’t long before both Wolfgang and Hugo showed up again. Seriously, why are these two always hanging around? Hugo even had the nerve to… check Aurélie out?! 😤

Despite all the drama, the baby shower continued smoothly after the fire. Since the caterer mysteriously disappeared halfway through (typical Sims chaos), the cake reveal was scrapped. Instead, Aurélie opened an envelope containing the results:

Even after the argument, Vojtech still sees Aurélie as Extremely Attractive, and she thinks he’s Very Attractive. Love conquers all! 💕 They made up, with Vojtech admitting he’d been under a lot of stress at work. Crisis averted—for now.

The next day, Aurélie finally decided it was time to head to the long-awaited ultrasound. No interruptions this time… or so she thought. Just as she was about to leave, the doorbell rang. Standing there was a woman Aurélie didn’t recognize, insisting she needed to talk. Feeling uneasy, Aurélie let her in and sat down, preparing herself for some kind of bombshell about Vojtech. Was he hiding a secret?

Turns out, the woman was just a lonely neighbor looking for someone to chat with. 🙄 After a polite-but-annoyed conversation, Aurélie had enough and kicked her out of the apartment. Time-waster.

To calm her nerves, Aurélie decided to cook—she’s finally reached Cooking Skill 3, so her vegetable dumplings actually turned out Normal Quality. A big step up from that infamous “bad aftertaste” salad. 😅

But just as she was finishing lunch, her phone rang again. Ugh, Hugo? No—this time, it was a random woman calling. That’s when Aurélie remembered: she never deleted her dating profile! 😳 No wonder Hugo was still calling—he thought he had a chance! Time to fix that, ASAP.

After lunch, Aurélie brushed her teeth and psyched herself up to head to the ultrasound… but nearly had a heart attack when she saw a ghost stealing bottles from her bar! 👻🍸

With the ghost crisis handled, it was finally time for the big moment: the ultrasound. But who’s going with her? Vojtech? Hugo? Wolfgang? Decisions, decisions…

Vojech was over the moon when Aurélie announced her pregnancy! 🍼💕 Together, they’ve been brainstorming baby names and dreaming about their future as parents.

However, the joy was bittersweet—Vojtech’s grief over his recently deceased mother hit hard, especially as he realized she wouldn’t get to see her grandchild grow up. 💔

Aurélie decided to book an ultrasound appointment soon and planned to throw a baby shower to reveal the gender and number of babies! 🎉

But just before heading out, guess who showed up? Wolfgang. 😒 He wanted to talk, but Aurélie, with her pregnancy hormones raging, wasn’t having any of it. She told him off and sent him packing.

Then Hugo called. 📞 He wanted to host an Upper Crusts meeting, and Aurélie couldn’t resist. Instead of heading to the ultrasound, she hosted the gathering right at her house.

Hugo got comfortable in Aurélie’s kitchen and started cooking. Meanwhile, Aurélie shared her big pregnancy news with the group. Everyone seemed thrilled—except Hugo, who looked oddly conflicted. 🤔 He tried to talk Aurélie out of it, rambling on about why this wasn’t a good idea, but she wasn’t having any of it. Instead, she waved her hand dismissively and did the classic "bla bla bla" gesture right in his face. 😆

Later, Vojtech came home from a stressful day at work, only to find Hugo—the guy constantly calling his girlfriend—cooking in their kitchen. 😡 Vojtech lost it, and the two got into a heated argument right there. At one point, an absolutely shocking interaction popped up in the dialogue wheel: “Tell Vojtech the baby isn’t his”! 😱

🍃 Green & Dark Wood Kitchen Vibes 🍃

This is the kitchen I mentioned in my last post about rebuilding the house, and I’m so happy with how it turned out! I absolutely adore the combination of green and dark brown wood—it’s warm, cozy, and just the right balance of modern and Sims-style charm.

As always, it’s the little details that make the space feel alive: ✨ Oven mitts hanging by the stove ✨ Pans and my favorite CC dish rack by the sink ✨ Sponge and dish soap—even though all my Sims have dishwashers 😅

✨ The dark wooden columns tying the whole design together? My absolute favorite detail.

I’m super picky with CC���I want the kitchen to feel realistic but still Simmy. I love the Sims 4 graphics, so I stay away from extreme alpha CC (aside from a few irresistible hairstyles).

Funny story: While snapping pics, I realized I forgot to add my go-to light switches and outlets! So, I went back and added them later. 😄

Also, while taking screenshots, I noticed the cutest detail on the cutting boards—they have little "knife marks" on them! :O Such a shocking (and amazing) detail.
