San Myshuno University

The time has finally come... my first installment into my psychotic plan to transform San Myshuno. Welcome to San Myshuno University Central Campus!! Located in the Meadows District of the city lies it's oldest University Campus. It's separated by 3 distinct halls by influential alumni's: Inna Hall, Goth Hall, and Lobo Hall.

Inna Hall is the central hub for students to listen to lectures, read or study for classes, grab a much needed late night coffee, or lounge with friends after a long day of classes.

Goth Hall has been recently renovated with a dining hall, engineering labs, and a computer lab.

Lobo Hall is where classes are mostly held. It features a variety of classrooms for different majors.

This is a cc free 64x64 Ubrite Commons lot. I did use a ton of packs but tried my best to use packs I think most people had!

The Goodwill Store

The Windenhaus, a building in historic Olde Platz Windenburg, combines the best of old-world charm and modern convenience. Centrally located, this building has four spacious units; two ground floor studios and two 2-bedroom apartments. The rooftop level includes a gym, sauna, hot tub, and outdoor terrace space overlooking Windenburg’s charming medieval quarter.

Note: Units are unfurnished and move-in ready, except for kitchen appliances and plumbing. Common areas are furnished.

I find making apartment shells so fun. More might be coming!

this #build was inspired by a real place called Bayberry Garden, it's one of my favorite restaurants so i wanted to recreate the vibe in my #sims4 game. i'm so excited to see others using this lot! tag #simpliebuilds so i can see 🥹🫶🏽

This set has the theme of an indoor pool space, but you can use the items for an outdoor pool, or a living room, or whatever you wish to build. ✨

It consists of 27 objects (including all wall heights and sizes).

Seating consists of 2 versions of loungers and 2 versions of living chairs.

An arched wall panel is included with all wall heights. There is also an arched led light to fit with the wall panel but it will need (Spa days) to work.

For the pool, there's a pool ladder available in golden, silver and 3 other swatches. There's also a pool trim/drain available in golden, silver and several marble and concrete swatches.

This set also includes walls, floors and trims with wood/wood planks swatches, and they match so well with the wood walls in my DooRich set.

You will also get deco waterfalls for all wall heights, you can use them solely or you can match them with another item to design different waterfall objects.. etc.

NOTE: The waterfalls are high poly.

Everything is tested in game and base game compatible except the led lights for the wall panels they require (spa days) to work.

Everything is meshed by me.

HQ textures with custom normal and specular maps.

Custom Thumbnails.

You can find the objects in game by typing (Goldie) or (Sereniti) in search.

Consists of a living chair and an end table.
