My sister has gotten a new kitten, Pearl. She already has a cat and dog. For the first two weeks, she was confined to a bedroom. She has a litter box in that room. They've gotten to the point that she feels comfortable letting Pearl roam the house. The older cat hisses but doesn't attack. The dog completely ignores Pearl.

Four days ago, Pearl peed in her dog's bed. We cleaned it with stuff that gets rid of the smell, washed it, and kept Pearl confined or supervised. We let her out today and she was unsupervised for less than 15 minutes. She peed on a different bed of his!

So now she is confined in the room again. We have no idea what to do about this behavior. She knows where her litter box is. The dog ignores her. She has only peed (as far as we can tell) outside of the litter box on these two beds. But we are afraid she may try peeing on other things.

Any advice?

If anyone tries to tell you it is impossible to avoid fandom drama, you tell them about me.

I was on Tumblr and a Sheith shipper as Voltron was airing. I didn't know there was a whole Sheith vs Klance thing until 2024.

That's how easy it is to avoid fandom drama you don't want to see. I did it unintentionally.

I’m happy, I would tell everyone, but Janine so intelligently pointed out that we should keep our work and personal lives separate. Yes. Yeah. And, I have to agree with that. And on top of that, we just get to have fun and let our relationship be just us. Yeah. Mm-hmm. You know. So, aside from Jacob, nobody knows. Nobody.

A Tiny Rant About 'x Reader' Fics on Tumblr

It's not what you think! I'm glad the exist for the people who love them.

But why isn't there a universal tag that everyone uses on Tumblr? Every time I want to search gifs or discussion for a new fandom, I have to add 3-4 news tags to my block list.

Is there a universal tag that I'm not aware of? I figured x reader or reader fic or reader insert would have been that, but it doesn't seem to be. Doing -reader on Ao3 deals with like 99% of them.
