Is there a fanfiction market for a novelization of a Pokémon Nuzlocke? I was thinking of doing of Gen1 Nuzlock and trying to put each session into a sort of day or chapter. Make it a compelling narrative and all that.

My younger sibling has a cat named Martin that they raised from a baby. He and I are pretty tight now, but WHOOOOO BOY did he hate me, year one.
He had lived with my siblings and our mom for a bit with his litter, who were pretty chill. They let me pet and pick them up. But Martin would attack my feet any chance he got. And he would SCREAM.
I remember he once got up on the cat tree, and simply started meowing at me with a little kitty scowl. Here's how that conversation went.
Him: "Meow!"
Me: "What do you want?"
"Meow!"
"How fucking dare you."
"Meow!"
"No, fuck you!"
"Meow!"
"Don't talk about my mother like that! She helps feed you!"
"Meow!"
"You take that back, you fuzzy fuck! I'll turn you into a tea cozy!"

I am a huge advocate for elemental dragons. Like fire and ice are classic dragon types and are amazing to use. But I love how in Dungeons & Dragons you have poison, acid and lightning dragons as well. (Don't even get me started on the crystal dragons).

After my post about Dragoncore asthetics I decided to look it up. And now I'm kinda into it. Like it's been my whole deal anyway, collecting weapons and stuff of personal value, I love it.
My fiancé is sort of goblincore, too. So it balances. She picks up shinies and buttons and stuff. And I collect crystals and coins.

Is there a version of like Goblincore where you're just collecting swords, coins and comfy things? I feel like Dragoncore should be a thing. But idk.

If you're published as an author of fiction, is there anything stopping you from writing/publishing your characters in different settings? For example, if I take my high fantasy band of adventurers and turn them into a group of friends in a coffee shop AU, is there anything stopping me from making that noncanonical work with similar characters?
I mean, the Fate Series does that sometimes, right? The cooking AU and turning Jone de Arc into a deranged chibi cat girl? (Idk, it's on my list). Not to mention that Isekai classroom AU they did.

I think the main reason I take so long to write anything is because I keep looking forward to all the amazing stuff I imagined, and I end up focusing on all that. Being like "man. That's gonna be so cool when I get to it. But right now inhabited to write out the characters doing some random task in the second chapter." Ajd the cook thing isn't until three chapters away.

I've been out of commission since the beginning of the year after busting my knee. And I come back to some followers... and they're all bots. Does anyone else have this problem?

An exerpt from what I've been working on:
Ikarros found himself in a dark void. A space with .o floor or ceiling. He tried to look around but found nothingness encompassing his surroundings. He tried to remember what was going on. He remembered falling. Flying. His mother in his arms, his father on the ground, his uncle... He felt the pain and anger well up in his chest at the thought of losing everything. His life and his home were torn down in a single day.
A voice suddenly filled the empty space. A vaguely familiar voice. It sounded like him, but wth a deeper sounder. As if a larger creature was speaking with his voice.
"It wasn't supposed to be this way." The voice said. Ikarros turned around to see who was speaking with his voice. As his form spun in the Void, he saw it. A dragon, barely bigger than he was, with scales of a stormy blue, just like his.
"It wasn't supposed to be this way." The voice repeated. Its eyes were sad, tears falling like gems, dropping into the void.
"We were supposed to travle the world and become a great mage-smith like father. Now he's gone."
Ikarros tried to speak, but his voice came out like a whisper. "There was nothing we could do."
The scales of the dragon shifted, shimmering like the surface of a lake to a deep crimson red. The sad eyes turned to that of rage, and a pained roar came out of its mouth.
"We could have fought!" The dragon cried. "We could have stayed and protected him!" The voice of its fury cracked as if it were only masking the sorrow.
Another whisper from Ikarros. "We aren't strong enough." He reasoned. " i dont even know how we did what we did to eacape." Ikarros tried to yell to to be heard, but it was no use.
"And it didn't even work!" He continued "If we had stayed instead of trusting our instincts, we would have been cut down like-" he had to stop himself as he almost voiced what he had been afraid to acknowledge since he escaped.
The dragon's scales turned white as snow. The eyes sharp and unflinching.
"Like father." the dragon finished. "You're right. We arent stronger. We dont know how it all happened... but it woke me up." The scaled creature stood up from its curled position, looking over Ikarros, who did the same. "If you say we arent strong enough yet," it said. "Then we get stronger. We get stronger and we take back our home."
The void around Ikarros and the dragon seemed to swirl and began to distort, and the dragon looked around in surprise. Its eyes quickly snapped back to Ikarros. "I will be patient." it said. "We both know what you need to do."
Ikarros mirrored the dragon's surprised expression . He tried to move closer to the dragon whose scales turned a stormy blue once more, its eyes changing to reflect Ikarros' perfectly. The same deep blue, like a break in a stormy sky.
Ikarros tried to call out. But his voice was silent as darkness once again took over his vision.
"Take the chance." The dragon whispered. "Accept adventure."

Even though it's Thanksgiving, my friend group decided to do our big Bjorny Bunch Friendsgiving this past Saturday. We had a great time prepping everything, talking and laughing, lamenting a few of us who couldn't make it since they were so far away, it was amazing.
When we all sat down to eat, we did our usual toasts.
"To friends and family" and "To good food!" But then I had an idea.
"To the Bjorny Bunch," I say as I raise my glass. "The most chaotic Adventuring Guild this world might never hear about!"
The who group came to the realization that we actually were pretty much an adventurer's guild, and immediately raised their glass.
It made me happy to think that I have such an awesome and fucked up group to call my family.

Due to new information, I am changing the name of the villainous organization mentioned in my introduction of my POV character. I was unaware that the White Rose was a real-world ani-nazi group. I should have done more research.
I will be changing them to the White Bloom Guild, and I will be editing the original post.
#the irony of having my evil guild named after an anti-nazi group is not lost on me.#my bad#hopefully White Bloom isn't a worldwide disater relief or something.#creative writing#antagonist#name change#sorry again

I love talking about characters over come up with. My friends and I have come with self insert personas for ourselves that I'm writing into a literary story. High fantasy, high power, its a power system I've been working on for months.
The POV character for most of the story will be Ikarros Wryte. A Draconic Blooded human who is the newest in a long line of Ancient Blacksmiths who crafted items for gods, as well as dragons, giants, kings, and, at one point, a giant dragon king.
Ikarros is a founding member of the Bjorny Bunch Adventuring guild, helping to build the guild after defeating the villainous and corrupt White Bloom Guild.

The Mage-smith Hammer. A hammer used for combat and forging, the Wryte family used these hand crafted magic items over generations to create weapons for giants, dragons and gods.
Made from Inkwryte Ore, these tools help the Wryte family bring their visions into reality with every swing of the hammer.

I feel like I've lurked on this app long enough. I want to use this blog to show off my pen&paper art, post ideas for Fandom randomness, D&D NPCs and items, and indulge my fantasy obsessed weirdness.
I'm Ike. The sixth member of the Bjorny Bunch Adventuring Guild, Draconic Expert, and the local Weaponsmith. I hope to expand worldbuilding in my creative projects by answering questions and typing up story beats
