If you're someone who does not earn money or cannot donate because you're a child and you're under the care of a guardian but still want to help the suffering Palestinians this is a list that can help you

Educate yourself! I cannot stress how important this is. Stay up to date with the latest news and learn about the history of Palestine so you do not get confused by propaganda.

Boost posts about Palestine and spread awareness! Share posts about Palestine [make sure to fact check] and talk to your families and friends to do the same (it's understandable if you cannot talk about these things with your family and friends though). Follow Palestinian journalists and other people who are stuck in gaza. Boost their posts.

Do not engage with zionists! Troll bots are becoming more and more common and engaging with them will only benefit them. Ignore and move on. The world stands with Palestine and we do not need to prove that.

Save evidence! The governments WILL DENY the genocide they are committing and will try their best to remove evidence from all social media platforms. Save videos, articles, and pictures so that you have a strong evidence base to present when the time comes.

Show your solidarity! Put a watermelon in your bio, wear red green black and white colours, put a Palestinian flag on your schoolbag. Every little thing counts.

Boycott! Avoid McDonald's, Starbucks and other companies that support israel. Ask your parents to eat somewhere else if they suggest McDonald's, and ask your friends to choose a different cafe if they go to starbucks.

, especially in winter. Every day we live death, terror and panic a thousand times because of the continuous bombing of my city. The war has killed more than 50 of my relatives and neighbors. At the beginning of the war, we took refuge in my aunt's house, but it was also turned into rubble.

We have escaped imminent death more than 20 times,

and have been displaced between shelters more than 13 times. My brothers and I have suffered from many diseases due to malnutrition, and we need medicine constantly. I am Ezz, 25 years old, and I live in Gaza with my two little sisters, Mayan, who is two years old, and Elia, who was born during the bombing. Since the beginning of the war, I have lost almost everything: our home was destroyed, and I am left alone with protecting my sisters.

Every night, I hold Mayan close to my chest so she doesn't hear the explosions, while the room shakes from the intensity of the bombing. Elia, who has only known the sound of fear in her life, cries throughout the night😭😭 I try to reassure her, but how can I reassure her when I don't know what tomorrow holds🥹

We now live in a small, dilapidated room, without water, without food, without safety. For more than three weeks, the crossings have been closed, and we are unable to obtain any food or medicine. Every morning, I go out to look for anything to satisfy my sisters' hunger. I search through the rubble and deserted streets, asking people for help, but everyone is suffering.

I just want to get out of Gaza. I want to save my sisters from this hell. I'm not asking for a luxurious life, I'm just asking for a safe place, a place where Mayan can sleep without fear, and where Elia can grow up without the sound of planes being the first thing she hears in the morning

My life today revolves around survival. I don't want anything for myself. All I want is to provide my sisters with food and water, to let them sleep without fear, to see them smile one day, far from the sound of the bombing.
