At this stage, Virgil is very well established as the king of the Afterlife and has become one of the best, if not the best, fixers in Night City. After his husband’s death, Virgil becomes colder and more distant toward everyone except Kim and her daughter Hayden. He doesn’t let himself get too close to anybody for the two decades following Kerry’s death, unable to move on from whom he considered to be the love of his life.
