                                 seeing the feline hard at work, the heiress watched her for a moment. wasn’t she working on that since before weiss left earlier ? had she even gotten up ? had she eaten at all ? weiss let out an inaudible huff before walking towards the desk. her hand splayed out over the papers, blocking them from sight to ensure she grabbed the other’s attention. with a small smile, she tilted her head. “ hey, you wanna take a break and go grab some tea ? ”

there   was   a   sharp  hiss   as   blake  scrambled   together   her   papers   in   an   instant,  glaring   at   the   other   girl  with   narrowed   eyes.  this   wasn’t   for   her   eyes  to   see,   any   of   their  eyes.   but   once  she   sees   that  weiss’   intentions   were   actually  pretty   good,   so   she   loses  some   tension   but   keeps   her   papers   rolled  up   tightly   in   her   fist.          ❛     uh,   yeah   sure...     ❜          is   all   she   says   as   she   grabs  her   elastic   &  ties   it   around  the   rolls,   before  throwing   them   on   her   bed,  acting   as   though  their   value   was   nothing   to   her   as   she   turned  around   again.          ❛     where   are   we   going   to   get   it?     ❜          she   doesn’t   want  to   waste   too   much   time,  though   sleep   keeps  dragging   her   eyelids  lower   than   she   would   like.

character in general: i definitely didn’t know how to feel about blake at first but she’s?? so strong and great and inspiring?? she’s a great character to look up to ; o ; even tho she wouldn’t think sohow they play them: hi you are such a fantastic blake – the intricate details u intertwine in her story and just. you are so talented idk why you hang around methe mun: YOU ARE A SWEETIE OMG. we haven’t talked much yet but when we have its been so sweet and pure and its fun getting to yell about our emo muses. ur amazing

!!    small    update    +    warnings    for    death    &    graphic    description    of    injury

so yeah, today i sat on the 2:30 pm train to my village, when all of a sudden, there was a small collision with our train on the rails & it stopped abruptly. we all thought it was a small animal or something, but turns out it was a person that got under out train. we were all shocked & told to stay in our seats until told to do elsewise & watched the police, ambulance, etc. arrive before we left the train in the back... but turn out, the girl ( as i saw ) was right under my wagon & i couldn’t see her face, only a part of her upper body & arm along with a blood - stained bag she had around her shoulders. it is uncertain if it was an accident or if it was suicide.

because that rail is the only way to get to our side of the lake, i had no choice but to go to my mom’s workplace, where she had our car to drive me home. so my thoughts & prayers are with her family, but i’ll also need a bit of time because that was truely gruesome & chilling to the bone to see.

okay,    so    i    originally    really    didn’t    want    to    make    a    post    abt    this    but    i    just...    got    a    little    ☕☕☕    salty,    so    to    say.    because    i    just    feel    like    people    are    not    giving    blake    enough    credit,    so    i    hope    to    clear    up    some    things    here.    &    one    thing    i    would    also    like    to    make    clear    is    that    this    post    is    NOT    related    to    me    shipping    bumb//leby    in    ANY    WAY.    i    also    don’t    intend    to    attack    anyone    for    their    view    of    things,    i    would    just    like    to    state    my    own    opinion    on    this    matter!

honestly,    the    conclusion    of    the    post    is    actually    something    i    would    pretty    much    agree    with.    but    i    think    this    post    only    shows    how    yang    has    been    treated    unfairly,    with    no    regards    to    blake’s    side.    because    if    we    were    to    re    -    cap,    blake    has    canonly    told    sun    that    she    had    left    because    she    was    concerned    about    all    the    other’s    safety,    which    is    actually    a    pretty    good    reason,    since    she    HERSELF    has    been    on    the    run    from    the    white    fang    since??    probably    more    than    a    year    or    almost    two,    fearing    to    be    found    by    them    or    adam    in    particular,    since    she    had    just    left    like    seen    in    the    black    trailer.    so    when    adam    eventually    finds    her,    it’s    exactly    like    she    feared,    because    i    will    remind    you    that    adam    DID    STAB    HER    as    well,    before    deciding    that    it    would    hurt    blake    a    lot    more    to    hurt    one    of    her    friends.    the    blake    how    she    was    before    beacon    probably    just    feared    for    her    own    safety,    but    now    that    she    has    gotten    to    close    &    attached    to    her    team,    of    course    this    is    an    entirely    new    kind    of    terror,    so    not    only    does    she    do    the    thing    her    instincts    tell    her    to    do,    she    also    does    what    is    logical    ;    she    runs    away    because    adam    is    after    HER    to    prevent    anyone    else    from    getting    hurt,    because    she    fears    if    she    stays    with    them    that    they’ll    get    targeted    again.    &    i    also    think    that    is    the    reason    she    doesn’t    leave    a    note,    for    the    fear    that    if    someone    got    to    know    her    destination,    they    would    come    after    her    &    after    more    than    a    year    from    evading    the    white    fang,    she    is    probably    paranoid    enough    that    she    will    think    that.

so    yes,    she    does    run    away    from    yang    &    hurts    her,    but    deliberately    doing    so    in    order    to    avoid    yang    or    anyone    else    from    getting    hurt    even    worse.    &    one    of    my    most    important    points    is    that    blake    actually    RETURNS    TO    HER    PARENTS,    whom    she    had    not    seen    nor    talked    to    for    probably    about    3    years+??    so    this    event    left    her    feeling    so    mentally    (    &    physically    also    )    scarred    that    after    running    away    from    home,    she    can’t    think    of    anywhere    else    to    go    &    decides    to    return    home,    despite    not    knowing    how    her    parents    would    react,    because    they    could    have    also    cast    her    out    instead    of    welcoming    her    back    with    open    arms.    so    yang    wasn’t    the    only    one    hurt    in    the    process,    though    i    will    say    that    there    is    no    guilt    being    pushed    onto    yang    here    because    she    ultimately    did    the    thing    only    the    truest    of    friends    would    do    &    sacrificed    her    own    arm    to    keep    blake    safe.    but    i’m    just    saying    that    blake    leaving    wasn’t    just    done    to    harm    yang,    it    was    done    to    prevent    any    further    harm    to    all    the    members    of    her    team    +    i    am    a    hard    believer    of    the    mindset    that    weiss    &    ruby    would    have    done    exactly    the    same    thing    for    blake    as    yang.

a    shrap   turn    of    heels   makes    sharper    eyes   widen,    the    troubled   feelings    someone    had   messily    painted    across   the    other’s    face   making    her    question   everything    immediately.    it    was   unusal    to    see   the    other    team   leader    like    this        ——–        it    made   her    ears    twitch   as    she    tried   to    establish    some   sort    of    contact,   become    a    fortess   of    comfort    for   her…    friend?    did   she    even    consider   them    to    be   something    as    close   as    friends?    it   makes    her    fidget   even    more,    deciding   to    keep    her   touch    to    herself,   because    she    has   seen    what    touch    does   to    people    at   the    wrong    time.        ❛      sure…    about    what,   exactly?      ❜        after    all    they   have    been    through,   all    of    them,   she    still    finds   it    hard    to   connect    to    people   outside    of     her    team.   but    she    has   lost    them    all   &    at    the   moment,    it    was   only    the    two   of    them.

anxiety    rubs   into    old    wounds   as    she    looks   at    pyrrha    &   sees    a    greek    tragedy       ;       something    people   would    continue    to   tell    stories    about   until    they    all   burn    out,    but   she    never    would.   she    was    the   girl    that    pulled   out    the    arrow   &    stood    back   up    again.    but   when    she    listens   to    what    she   had    to    say,   normally    slit    eyes   open    up    to   take    in    all   the    fire    that   has    been    set   &    her    head   began    to    drown    while   she    listened    on.   maidens?    cinder?    salem?   all    those    words   spoke    nothing    to   her    but    the   more    she    listened,   the    more    she   began    to    understand    their   place    on    this   grand    chessboard.        ❛      …    did   professor    ozpin    tell   you    about    this?      ❜        she    dares    to   ask,    unsure    of   what    was    the   right    thing    to   say    here.    of   course    pyrrha    would   come    to    her   for    advice        ——–        she    had   no    one    else.   all    of    their   friends    were    still   scattered    somewhere    across   remnant    while    they   were    waiting    here   in    hope    &   she    looks    into   emerald    eyes    that   are    hard    to   read    (    &   even    harder    to   understand.    )

FATE : what a strange little creature that seems to work in even stranger ways, no ? fate is what caused the loss of flesh &. bone &. on this day, once more does FATE bring her to the bull like moth to BURNING FLAME. it’s funny .. before when she was simply cruising along, leaving clouds of dust in her wake, yang never DREAMED that the rustling of leaves &. snapping of twigs would EVER be from such a dreaded scenario, but alas !! nothing EVER appears like it seems, no ? &. THUS WE CUT TO NOW : cut to the way twin heliotropes widen &. shift to vibrant, glowering red, red, RED. emotions are evident, CRYSTAL CLEAR as yang xiao long displays via white hot flame dripping from her mouth ( BURNING mother earth below ) &. plumes ‘pon plumes of smoke escaping from nostrils. the bloodied muscle hidden away in ribcage sanctum drops to the pit of churning belly at the sight of HIM : vile memories of that day creep into the dragon’s psyche &. HAUNT her to the core, but she’s grown. THE MIGHTY DRAGON SHALL FOREVER BE ABOVE THE COMMON BULL. ember celica ‘ CLICKS ‘ with the loading of ammunition ; with a WAR CRY rising from the depths of throat &. though   then    hope    cuts   through    smoke    as   the    last    thing   she    sees    is   yang    swinging    a    fist    up   high    &    the   strong    sound    of   collision    &    it   makes    her    flinch   as    she    tries   to    open    her   mouth    one    more   time,    because    adam   was    something    that   had    infested    its   roots    far    too   deep    in    the   back    of    their   minds    to    be   ripped    out    like   this,    all    at   once.    it    would   end    up    killing   them    both,    but   soon    she    sees   ;    the    sun   lunges    towards    her   &    she    waits   to    be    burned   but    is    pulled   into    warm    arms   &    thrown    over   a    shoulder    as   she    finds    her   voice    again.          ❛      yang!    what   are    you    doing?!      ❜          she    can    only   kick    weakly    as   she    sees    adam’s   face    /    the   face    of    her   dreams    &    nightmares    disappear   behind    thick    smoke   &    she    can’t   see    yang’s    face   either,    sending    her   into    a    panic.

         ❛      i    don’t    need   your    help!      ❜          she    wants   to    yell     more,    if    she    remembered    what    had    happened    last,    but   of    course    she   does,    they    both   carried    scars    from   that    fateful    night   &    it    makes   her    palms    sweat.         ❛     where    do    you   think    you’re    taking   me?!    let    me   go!      ❜          her    emotions    were   a    whirlwind    &   the    cuts    were   burning    even    more   when    being    whipped   by    the    branches    they   were    passing    through,   but    there    was   nothing    worse    than   the    searing    pain   of    guilt    that   hit    her    as   she    felt    metal   against    her    skin.          ❛      yang,    your    arm       --------       !      ❜          but    the   shadows    choked    her   up    again    &   she    is    so   helpless    as    the   tears    that    had   been    collecting    on   the    border    of   her    eyes    finally   ran    free.
