The destruction of my supreriority complex through the empathy I developped for humans just led me in this spiral of self-consciousness and I don’t know how to get out of this can someone help me

#d #i'm aware that i'm self conscious so i'm mad at myself and everything it's kinda exhausting #i absolutely hated humans and strangers before but this summer I just met so many awesome persons I admire #and i realized that everyone is amazing and just living their life and it destroyed the coldness i had #but now that i realized that i'm just like everyone else #... it kinda spiraled into this thought of me being below average because i don't see anything unique in myself #i though i was ok with it but recently everyone says to me that i'm being self conscious #idk what to do #i try to pick up my hobbies but it doesn't seems to work at all
