So wait what’s the difference between brian and hoody?

MUN-

The big difference between the two is circumstance. Brian, of course, is your main dude. He came with the body and has lived through childhood and into early adulthood at this point. Meanwhile Hoodie was an addition born from stress and the operator (ask me what he is in my own bubble and I’ll explain everything) continuous hunt for Tim, and eventually, Masky. Brian got too close to Tim and suffered the same effects that Tim had been experiencing his whole life. Due to this Brian ‘split’ mentally creating Hoodie.

Now while Brian is a rather goofy guy with a lot of optimism and jokes- Hoodie is more grumpy and sarcastic as well as having a dryer sense of humor. The two normally coexist in the same body but after everything started Brian started showing up less and less. He is still in there but sort of in his own bubble- content with where he is.

This leaves Hoodie in charge. The man lacks a lot of compassion and his empathy is dulled considerably. This doesn’t mean he lacks it at all and does have a set of morals that he follows (ones that the operator doesn’t always approve of)

MUN- SO the thing is no one actually knows aside from Slender himself. Like the being is very adamant and strict about the videotapes. Although no one knows exactly why he wants these tapes it makes them nervous; especially Hoodie who has seen WAY too much of what goes on behind the scenes…. There have been guesses as to why that range from horrifying to down right laughable-

hi! how’s everyone doing today? i hope all’s well!

Hoodie let out a big sigh as the monitor to his right let out a little ‘ping’ as a message came through. He spun his chair quickly and clicked the mouse over to the site it came from.

The man spoke aloud, “Why do people keep messaging me through this? Why did I listen to Jack over using this damn site in the first place?”

His shoulders slumped as he typed out a quick answer- ‘Well, I guess it could be worse but a day is a day and they don’t seem to matter to me much, just the same shit different day.’

MUN- stuffs going pretty alright, stressful but when isn’t it shdbdjd (didn’t know if you wanted my input but hai anyway dhdbdj)

Hoodie Headcanons

(Marble Hornets inspired)

I bestow upon you- HEADCANONS

* he is constantly tired and no amount of sleep helps the feeling

* having a very dry sense of humor mixed with tiredness creates very funny moments nearly daily for the man and those around him

* he has been instructed to record many monumental moments for the operator and has many tapes on each of the pastas and their victims

* the main reason for this is to help Slender catalog nearly everything however it is for a seemingly unknown reason

* Hoodie is a product of the slender sickness that Brian endured before falling back into his own mind and letting Hoodie take over(... for the time being?)

* he has explosive anger and takes pills to suffocate it enough to be controllable along with his chronic pain and anxiety attacks-

* sensory overload (especially with noise) is a common occurrence with the poor man

* not only is he a pill addict he is also addicted to caffeine due to using it so often to pull multiple all nighters with the never ending exhaustion

* he has chronic back pain due to a few slipped discs and fractured vertebrae

*when he fell he didn’t actually *die* but instead was rendered immobile due to a broken neck and a severe concussion. The operator fixed the broken neck to allow him to move once more. However, he still had to suffer through the concussion on his own in which he would pass out without warning. He still has to deal with the damage to his back unfortunately as it wasn’t a part of the *deal*

* his deal was made out of fear. When he finally regained consciousness and realized he couldn’t feel or move he panicked; the operator used this to his advantage and offered Hoodie his mobility in exchange for a favor

*to this day he keeps what his end of the deal was a secret; too ashamed as to what he was pushed into due to his own selfishness

*his name isn’t actually Hoodie. He actually goes by Hayden and uses the other as an alias and nickname

Hoodie who's your best friend

The man went ridged at the touch and then tried to shove you away with a, hidden, look of agitation on his face.

"Don't touch me," his voice came out static-y and a little distorted.

He then paused to think before giving a shrug, "It should be pretty obvious- Masky." Even through the voice distortion thanks to his voice changer it was understandable and the irritation was also very much there.
