summary: being without bucky after the snap and getting him back. *your powers are a lot like wanda’s with a hint of natasha’s badassery* there is a touch of steve x reader but it is strictly platonic. 

authors note: this will be different then endgame so don’t be alarmed :) also, i don’t know if i like this oneshot or not. i hope you all do. i’ll do better next time. <3

It felt like it had been forever since you lost Bucky. He had fallen victim to the snap and now you were alone again. 

Not a day went by that you didn’t speak to him. Just speaking out loud, ‘The sunset is beautiful, Bucky.’ Somewhere in your heart you knew that you’d get him back, it was just a matter of how. 

“(Y/N), c’mon.” Steve nudged you, “We gotta do this for him.” 

Adjusting your gear and looking at Steve, you both walk to find where Thanos had gone. The entire building had just been demolished by Thanos and his army. There was a large gash on your arm from a piece of scrap metal that had fallen on you. 

Steve grabbed your shoulder, looking at you sympathetically. He had always looked after you, both before and during your relationship with Bucky. Steve was essentially the brother you never had. 

“You know, I should be comforting you.” Smiling weakly, “He was your friend first.” 

Steve chuckled, “Yeah, but we weren’t quite as hot and heavy.” 

“I don’t know if I believe that.” You began leading the way to find Thanos. Before you could get any farther, you spot him. He was seated on a block from the damage. Steve made a stride in front of you, preventing you from being the first target. 

Thanos had now noticed the two of you. From behind the two of you, Tony and Thor had stepped up with you and Steve. Your heart sank when you seen him, he didn’t seem to care that he had just ripped everything apart. 

“You know, this wasn’t in my original plan.” He sighed.

“You had no right to have a plan in the first place.” You balled your fists, ready to rip him to pieces. 

Before anyone could say anything else, Thor chucked his hammer at him aiming at him head. Sadly that didn’t work so well, you had to prevent the hammer from coming back and hitting either Thor or Tony. Using your magic, you used every fiber of your being to slow the impact down. 

For the next five minutes, nothing but nonstop fighting broke out. Thanos’ army had officially arrived again, somehow managing to kick all of your asses. On the other hand, you know knew that there was a drip of worthiness in you for preventing Thor’s hammer from killing him or Tony and the Steve was worthy of picking up the hammer. 

You had managed to do enough damage to knock out the current 20 alien like creatures of Thanos’ army that were currently here. Now all we had to worry about was Thanos. Tony was basically beat to a pulp and so was Thor, you tried very hard to heal them both to the point they would be okay to help with round 2. 

Steve held a hand out for you, “You got this.” You both stood there, facing Thanos in all his corrupted glory. 

“On your left.” 

Steve looked over at you, then touched his ear piece. So did you.

“Excuse me?”

“Look behind you.” 

Before you could process what was said, portals began opening behind the two of you. Hoards of your people were in those portals. Steve took this as ‘the’ moment, “Avengers.” 

Looking back up at him, all you could say was “Assemble.” After that, more of Thanos’ army pours into the battlefield. Everyone was fighting them off, you have the Avengers, all of T’Challa’s men and women, guardians. Even Pepper had showed up to kick ass. 

The fight lasted for 20 minutes, all of Thanos’ army had been destroyed. Leaving only him. Steve looked over to you to do the final job, but you felt it was either his, Tony’s, or Thor’s duty. They deserved it more. 

Thanos began a long-winded speech about how he had lost, luckily in enough time for tony to grab the gauntlet and fix everything. Thankfully, the original idea that if Tony had snapped with the gauntlet it would kill him was wrong. He was fine, just weak and tired. 

You felt so happy that this was over, you run to find Steve through all the debris. When you seen him, everything stopped. Your best friend was okay, now all you had to do was pray that Bucky was back and fine. 

“Steve!” You say, running to hug him. 

He lifted you up off your feet and smiled, “I told you had this. You’re okay aren’t you?” Sitting you back down. 

“Of course. Are you?” 

“Yeah.” He smiled.

“There’s our star-spangled man!” 

It was Sam again, his voice made both you and Steve turn quickly on your heels. Beside Sam was Bucky. You had never moved so fast before in your life, nearly tackling him to the ground in the process. 

“I missed you, doll..” He said, wrapping you in an embrace. 

He was finally back in your arms. 

“Thanks for the hug, (Y/N).” Sam chuckled, which in return using your magic to flick him to the ground. 

“Bucky, I love you so much.” 

“I love you too.”

pregnancy cravings - aaron hotchner

You had been dating Aaron Hotchner for about 2 years now, the whole team loved you to be being together. Especially now, seeing that the hormones were making you share embarrassing stories of Aaron and saying things that were incredibly unprofessional but they let it slide.

Today at the BAU, there was nothing going on. The entire team decided to have lunch together. You waddled up the steps with the help of Penelope, she held your lunch-bag on one arm and your arm in the other.

It honestly felt like she was an angel sent from Heaven, she was always trying to make sure you were comfortable and feeling okay. Your swollen belly was getting in the way and she knew that.

You were carrying twins, both boys. Aaron was ecstatic when he found out you were pregnant. After the death of Haley, the only happiness he had was Jack. Now he had you and both the little angels you were carrying in your stomach.

When you and Penelope entered the room, Aaron was already there. His eyes lit up when he seen you. No matter how long you’ve been with him, you always felt your heart explode when you seen him. 

You walk yourself to sit beside him, Penelope shoving your lunch-bag across the table. He grabbed it and began to unzip the bag, stopping to see what you had packed yourself. Before you even noticed what he was doing, he had already glared at you. 

“Really?” He asked. 

The rest of the team looked over, questioning what was wrong. You on the other hand had an idea of what he was talking about. 

The only thing you had in your bag was snacks. A jar of cherries, a Little Debbie cake, a small container of pickles. The list goes on and on, nothing of which that goes together. 

“Don’t blame me..” You said while initiating your best set of puppy dog eyes. He just smiled and roll his eyes. 

“Then don’t complain when you regret eating it all later.”
