Februaty
The first two weeks of January went so well, and then fell off the wagon HARD the last two weeks. I only lost 1.2 pounds over the entire month (when I had actually been close to 7, but apparently not tracking for two weeks does bad things 😅). For the month of February, I will be doing Blogilate's 28 Day Reset as well as tracking with Weight Watchers. I just really need that extra boost. I took all my pictures and measurements this morning. I don't think I'll post them, but we'll see at the end of the month.

Weigh-in 6
This week's gain: +3.2 Total loss: -2.2 So I'm pretty disappointed in myself. I gave myself a rest day on Wednesday because I LITERALLY couldn't fit in a workout that day and I feel like 6 days a week is good. That turned into five days. FIVE DAYS. I didn't expect a gain this large, but it makes sense. Tomorrow is tracking all the way and I'll be posting everything again. I'm hoping a lot of this is just water weight or temporary pounds.

Okay...
So I didn't track for 5 DAYS. It started with a rest day on Wednesday and I just didn't track or exercise for 5 DAYS. I started out tracking this morning and then I just didn't get any farther. I did walk for 30 minutes tonight, though. I'm posting my weigh-in shortly. I fell off the wagon and it was only 5 days, I've gone months.

Tonight I completed Week 6 Day 2 of C25K. I'm getting so close to an actual 5K and I'm getting a little nervous. Look at that badge, though!! I was full of anxiety all day, so this workout really helped. I'm noticing little differences in my body since I started C25K in November. My arms and legs have some more muscle to them; they're not all flab. I find myself climbing stairs with ease or taking the longer way with more steps to get to my car when I get out of work.

Weigh-In 5
This week's loss: -2.0 lbs Total loss: -5.4 I really shouldn't use my weeklies the day before weigh in -- but I'm not mad because I lost TWO POUNDS. This is the third week in a row that I've had a loss!
