Speech Therapy
Speech therapy is for those children who are unable to speak or pronounce words, trouble in communication, speech development delay, and poor language skills. IIAHP Therapy Center provides the best speech therapy for the children age 2-17 years.
Speech therapy provided by IIAHP focuses on a child's speech improvement and ability to express and understand language, including gestures. Our professional Speech therapists provide speech therapy which includes two components:
1) Regulate the mouth to coordinate and deliver sounds to form sentences and words (to address fluency, voice volume regulation, and articulation)
2) Help them understand and express the language (to address the language through the sign, pictorial, written and body forms.
SYMPTOMS
The symptoms of speech impairment vary hugely depending on the severity and cause of the impairment. Every child is different so there cause and symptoms, a child can also have multiple speech disorders with various symptoms.
Symptoms of speech disorder:-
repeating & prolonging sounds
distorting sounds
adding sounds to words
rearranging syllables
Difficulty in pronouncing alphabetic & words correctly
struggling to pronounce correct sound or word
speaking very softly
May have some specific issues such as stuttering, apraxia, dysarthria
rapid blinking and lip tremors
clenched fists and sudden head movements while speaking
slurred speech
Mumbling and speaking too slowly or too quickly
difficulty moving the mouth or tongue
Parents should take their child to  IIAHP speech therapy center as soon as they come to know that their child diagnosed with speech impairment. Speech disorders often start at a younger age and further continue as a child enters school and initiate to communicate speech with written language.
For Parents Understanding:-
by 12 months: not using gestures, always pointing or waving
Prefer gestures and not vocals to communicate.
by 18 months: trouble copying sounds
Difficulty in understanding easy verbal requests
by 2 years: can only imitate speech, don't speak words or small sentences spontaneously.
Up to 2 years: only say a few words repeatedly and cannot use oral language for urgent needs.
by 2 years: cannot follow directions
Up to 2 years: the unusual sound of a voice which makes it difficult to understand them at this age
By the age of 4, a child should speak understandable language or words, parents don't understand what their child saying is not at all normal
There are some children that are early readers and have excellent pronunciation, but they may lack social skills or communication and eventually need speech therapy to improvise their "pragmatic" language. Teach a child how to behave around others or communicate verbally and with body language appropriately in different social situations for every day such as having conversations, making friends, and making requests.
Causes of speech disorders can include:
brain damage due to head injury
muscle weakness
damaged vocal cords
a degenerative disease, such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, or Huntington's disease
dementia
Autism, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Special needs children
hearing loss
Risk factors for a person to develop a speech disorder include:-
being male
being premature birth
low weight at birth
family history having speech disorders
experiencing problems that affect the nose, ears, and throat
Other conditions when a child may need our speech therapy include some medical conditions that have affected a child’s ability to communicate and different identifiable disabilities such as autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy.

Down Syndrome Treatment
Down syndrome is a genetic disorder in which the child body has an abnormal cell division, further results in a partial copy or extra full chromosome 21. Due to the extra or partial chromosome changes the child’s physical features and development of Down syndrome. Importantly if any parent observes any symptoms of down syndrome in their child, they should immediately go for down syndrome treatment. IIAHP Therapy Center not only provides the best down syndrome treatment but also provides treatment for other brain injury problems such as autism, cerebral palsy, ADHD, etc.
Due to varying types of down syndrome further varies developmental delays, intellectual disability, and severity among any individual diagnosed by down syndrome. It is a genetic chromosomal disorder that is responsible for the cause of learning and physical disabilities in children. At the same time, it can cause some other common medical abnormalities such as heart or gastrointestinal disorders.
Let us talk about some symptoms of down syndrome but to clarify them, we should subdivide them into two categories:-
Physical characteristics:-
eyes that slant upward, have oblique fissures or have white spots on the iris
low muscle tone
small stature or a short neck
flat nasal bridge
deep creases across palms
protruding tongue
a single flexion furrow of the fifth finger
For facial features, they may have:
Flatter faces, especially the nose
A tongue that sticks out of the mouth
Flattened face
Small head
Short neck
Protruding tongue
Unusually shaped or small ears
Poor muscle tone
Relatively short fingers and small hands and feet
Excessive flexibility
Short height
Early interventions of the down syndrome can increase the quality of life for children and help them live fulfilling lives independently. Down syndrome treatment at IIAHP Therapy Center provides such results, so the child can be independent.
It is not always necessary that an infant will show symptoms of down syndrome, can have an average size while birth. However, the child having down syndrome will develop more slowly than a child without the down syndrome condition.
Behavioral characteristics:-
Due to genetic disorders, children often have mild to severe delays in social and mental development. Presence of some degree of developmental disability may include:-
impulsive behavior
poor judgment
short attention span
slow learning capabilities
In some cases, children having down syndrome can have some health issues. Down syndrome children have a high chance of congenital heart defects. Some of the common health issues shown by such children are:-
Respiration – system problems
Hearing difficulties
Alzheimer’s disease
Childhood leukemia
Epilepsy
Thyroid status
Our Therapy Center IIAHP support and give therapies to the children with Down syndrome and to their families, Also helps them overcome the challenges by providing down syndrome treatment.
Types of Down Syndrome
Trisomy 21- It is the most common type of DS, occurs when there a presence of an additional chromosome 21. A person having Trisomy 12 has 47 chromosomes Instead of the usual 46 chromosomes. It is 95% of the cases.
Translocation - It is for 4% of all cases of Down syndrome. In this chromosome 21 breaks off and attached to another chromosome during cell division mainly chromosome 14 but the total number of the chromosomes in the cell remains the same. Mosaicism - In this, there is a mixture of two cells causing some cells having 46 chromosomes and others having 47 but luckily, it is about 1% of all cases of Down syndrome.
Why Choose IIAHP for Down Syndrome Treatment
IIAHP Therapy Center deals with proven foreign therapies with great techniques as well as target enhancement of Neuro-Sensory-Motor Reflexes. Also, the techniques and therapies we provide are proven in Russia, USA or Europe, etc.
Our therapy center provides the best down syndrome treatment and foreign therapies.

Cerebral Palsy Treatment
Cerebral palsy (CP) is referred to as a neurological disorder. In this particular type of disorder that affects coordination and muscle movement. In some cases, sensation, hearing, and vision are also affected. The word “cerebral” from CP means the midbrain. The word “palsy” means paralysis ( problems or weakness with body movement). The major cause of motor disabilities in children is cerebral palsy. Children diagnosed with cerebral palsy show improvement at IIAHP Therapy center provides the best therapies, techniques and cerebral palsy treatment.
TYPES OF CEREBRAL PALSY
There are different types of Cerebral palsy having different effects on the parts of a child's brain. So for different types of CP, there is a need for different therapies of Cerebral Palsy. Each type has specific motor movement disorders.
Here are different types of CP are:
1. Spastic cerebral palsy:-
This is the most common type of disorder, has 79% effects. Spastic Cerebral Palsy has different characteristics that are why to vary from other types of Cerebral Palsy. Some common characteristics and symptoms of spastic cp include:
Fail to reach milestones in crawling, walking or sitting
Unusual movement
stiff muscles
The more child moves, stiffness in muscule occurs
Trouble in controlling individual muscles
Trouble pin moving one position to another.
2. Dyskinetic cerebral palsy:-
This is the most common type of cerebral palsy after the Spastic cerebral palsy. It only affects around 3% of all cases of this type of disorder. Some symptoms of Dyskinetic CP include:
twisting motions, Repetitive (dystonia)
writhing movements, Slow (athetosis)
irregular movements, Unpredictable (chorea)
Awkward posture
3. Ataxic cerebral palsy – This is the least frequently diagnosed type of Cerebral Palsy. People with Ataxic CP mainly face problems with balance and coordination. Children diagnosed with ACP may find walking and fine motor works difficult, such as writing and grasping objects.
4. Hypotonic cerebral palsy –  Children with this particular type of CP finds difficulty in balancing their body parts and head. So it can be diagnosed in babies, this issue is mainly due to reduced muscle tone and relaxing muscles. It is noticeable in a newly born child because of their floppy movements of hands and feet. Some symptoms are:-
Weak muscles
Trouble in sitting straight
Abnormality in walking
Difficulty in speaking
Sometimes the difficulty in breathing
5. Mixed cerebral palsy – Some children diagnosed with cerebral palsy can have different symptoms from two or three types combined together, known as mixed CP. In most cases of mixed Cerebral Palsy, Spastic CP and Dyskinetic CP mixture are experienced by most people.
IIAHP Therapy Center provides the most suitable therapy according to the type and child’s condition which gives enormous and superb results.
Click here, for more information about cerebral palsy treatment
Cerebral Palsy Causes
The researcher has suggested that CP disorder can occur while women are pregnant. While her pregnancy the child’s brain is damaged or not perfectly developed but the exact or accurate cause of Cerebral Palsy is unknown. Here you can see, some potential causes for CP:-
asphyxia neonatorum
lack of oxygen in the brain during delivery and labor
gene mutations & abnormal brain development
severe infant jaundice
maternal infections, such as herpes simplex and German measles
brain infections, such as encephalitis or meningitis
intracranial haemorrhage
head injuries - the result of a car accident, a fall, or child abuse
For the best result of cerebral palsy treatment, parents choose IIAHP Therapy Center
Cerebral Palsy Symptoms
Symptoms of Cerebral Palsy in Children
delays in reaching motor skill milestones, sitting up alone, such as crawling, and rolling over
delays in speech development or difficulty in speaking
spasticity, stiff muscles or exaggerated reflexes
ataxia, also lack muscle coordination
tremors and involuntary movements
excessive drooling or problems with swallowing
difficulty walking
favoring one bodyside, such as holding with one hand
neurological problems, such as blindness, intellectual disabilities, and seizures
Parents if you observe the above-mentioned symptoms or Signs in your child, then you must contact us. We provide the best therapies or treatment of cerebral palsy.

Autism Treatment
Autism is known as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in specific terms, which refers to many different conditions of neurodevelopmental disorder. It is characterized by a broad range of challenges like social interaction, repetitive behaviors, and non-verbal or verbal communication. Children experiencing autism also experience difficulty in expressing themselves to others. As they don’t understand gestures, expressions of the face, body language or touch. As every child is different they can have different autism behaviors such as some can have a habit of repetitive motions or lack of eye contact. At IIAHP you can get the best autism treatment with best foreign therapies. IIAHP also ensure you positive result for the age group of children from 2 to 17 years old.
CAUSE OF AUTISM
Autism can be caused by a disturbance in that part of the brain where sensory input is interpreted and language is processed but if we provide the child with the best autism treatment then there can be a chance of a child’s improvement.
Till now how autism is caused is not clear. But there can be some chance when a pregnant woman gets exposed to harmful drugs or chemicals. Or indulges herself in risk factors by the usage of alcohol or anti-social drugs during pregnancy. Some other factors such as if the pregnant woman is already going through some medical issues like diabetes, obesity, etc.
Other factors which can be responsible for an autistic child are:-
Injury at the head affecting the nervous system
Reaction to vaccination (there is one vaccination MMR which can be responsible for autism)
Excessive use of electronic gadgets like phones, TV, iPad, etc contribute to the autistic behavior
Genetic disorders
underweight child
Viral infection history
Our autism treatment therapies and techniques are very productive and effective which allows children to improve quickly.
SYMPTOMS OF AUTISM
If the child is suffering from autism symptoms will appear in the first three years, if the child is provided with the proper autism treatment as early as possible then there can be a drastic improvement. Showing autism symptoms is not bounded to a particular age, some show autism symptoms from birth, some shows after 18 to 36 months or some after 3 years. Some people show a sign of struggle in communication when their environmental conditions are changed. Suffering a child from autism needs treatment with best therapies which can be achieved by availing IIAHP services, which will help your child to get back to a normal developmental stage.
These symptoms are age-independent:-
Find difficulty in interaction with others such as communication, sharing interests, sharing feelings or maintaining back-to-back conversations.
Lack of eye contact
Difficulty in maintaining and developing relationships
Behaves differently and shows repetitive motions
May react differently to a particular behavior or have a sensitivity to a particular sound
If you experience the symptoms mentioned above with your child, you should go for autism treatment at IIAHP.
TYPES OF AUTISM
Autism spectrum disorder is further divided into four categories as mentioned below. Let’s get some brief idea about different  -
Autistic disorder - It is described, when children under the age of 3 years face problems communicating with other people, to make social contact.
Asperger’s Syndrome -   In this case, the child will face only a social issue or problem. They will not suffer from language and communication problems, even they can be above average or average on their intelligence tests. But these children have limited scope to have ASD.
Childhood disintegrative disorder -  In this category, children development will be normal or like other children for 2-3 years. But after that, the child can have degradation in communication and social skills. Due to these sudden changes after some time, this is rarely seen in children.
Pervasive developmental disorder or PDD - also named as atypical autism. This category covers all the cases which don’t fall under any of the above-mentioned categories.
Make sure as fast you get to know about any of the above-mentioned issues experienced by your child, you should immediately go for autism treatment. IIAHP therapy center provides the best therapies for all the above-mentioned types and all autism children show fast improvement.
EFFECT OF AUTISM ON CHILDREN
Autistic children can face problems while communicating or playing with other children of the same age group and may face difficulty in small developments. Due to the loss of communication, language and social skills.
Let’s understand with an example, a child with autism symptoms can show no interest in simple games or can be very keen to play a particular game all the time. Children without autism will take part in extra activities and enjoy different people company, but autism children can have completely different behavior in the same situation as communicating and be socially active is not their interest.
If your child face such issue in communication, you should go to IIAHP for best autism treatment
WHY CHOOSE IIAHP FOR AUTISM THERAPY?
As we have declared above that at IIAHP you can have the best treatment for autism. Before further due, we should start with the therapies provided by the IIAHP and then you will know why it is best for autism treatment.

Special Needs Children
A child to become Special needs child, the main reason is brain injury during, before or after birth. A child with brain injury will either have a problem with the motor pathways (outgoing) or the sensory pathways (incoming) or both. When a child cannot hear, see or feel properly, he or she will never respond to the world around them normally. In a severe brain injury, the child can be functionally paralyzed, deaf, blind, insensate, and speechless. IIAHP Therapy centre provides therapies for special needs children of age group two to seventeen years old. When traumatic brain injury(TBI) is mild,  the child would not be able to read, write or do math at age level and who may lack the balance, coordination, language and manual competence of his peers.
Brain Injury Symptoms
A brain injury could have many symptoms. This is quite obvious as the brain runs everything. When the brain becomes disorganized, the symptoms could range from daunting (seizures, rigidity, severe ill health, failure to thrive) to unusual (screaming, repetitive actions, biting, smelling, and tasting inadequate) to a hundred other symptoms that may seem odd, funny or simply mysterious.
Special needs children are diagnosed based upon these frightening or bizarre symptoms.  Once we evaluate the special child and prepare a child’s Developmental Profile, many of these inexplicable symptoms start making sense. When appropriate stimulation and opportunity is provided to the brain, these symptoms start to decrease or even disappear.
The Causes Of Brain InjuryUnfortunately, a good brain can get hurt in many ways. We have seen the children who get hurt in utero because of some injury or illness that mother experienced as the baby was developing (trauma, Rh incompatibility, German measles, hydrocephaly, drugs, alcohol). Often problems may occur in the first nine months that are not obvious to mother or her physician (hydrocephaly, oxygen deprivation).
Sometimes an injury may occur during the delivery (compression of the umbilical cord, placenta abruption, C-section, prolonged, placenta previa, precipitous, or delayed) or before the delivery (premature, postmature), or immediately after the delivery (seizures, cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, jaundice, stroke) of the baby.
Each child is reviewed with great care to determine if IIAHP can offer help to improve the quality of the child’s life with this brain injury information.
Special Needs Children Symptoms
Is your child brain-injured? Most common labels for brain-injured children are:
Some special needs children could have surgical complications (oxygen deprivation, blood loss, cardiac arrest, septic shock), an illness (chicken pox, encephalitis, measles, meningitis, Lyme disease), reaction to medication (antibiotics) or a brain injury (sports concussions, explosions, near drownings, gunshots, car accidents, falls), or an adult illness ( stroke, Parkinson’s disease) that injures the brain.

Down Syndrome Treatment
Down syndrome occurs when there is an extra copy of a specific chromosome: chromosome 21 that is why it is a genetic condition. Some people believe it is an illness but it's not actually. The term describes the physical features resulting from this genetic change.
The extra chromosome can affect a person's intellect, physical features, and overall development. It also enhances the chances of some health issues.
When parents discover that their child is suffering from Down Syndrome, their first issue is to find the best therapy centre. Parents don’t need to worry and search as IIAHP Therapy Center is here which provides best therapies and treatment for Down Syndrome which shows improvement in the child.
TYPES OF DOWN SYNDROME
There are three types of Down syndrome:
Trisomy 21 (nondisjunction)
Translocation
Mosaicism.
Trisomy 21-
The most common type of DS occurs when there is a presence of one extra chromosome, in every cell of the body number 21 chromosomes is present. A person with Down syndrome has 47, instead of the usual 46 chromosomes. An alteration of the course of development is caused due to this additional genetic material that is associated with the syndrome. Trisomy 21 is found in 95% of cases Down Syndrome.
Translocation-
This type of Down syndrome is found in 4% of all cases. In this type, part of chromosome 21 part breaks off during division of the cell, which attaches to another chromosome, typically with chromosome 14. So the total number of chromosomes in the cell remains 46 but there is a presence of an extra part of chromosome 21 which further causes the characteristics of Translocation Down syndrome.
Mosaicism-
This is the rarest type in which nondisjunction of chromosome 21 occurs in one but not all of the initial cell divisions after fertilization. When this happens, there is always a mixture of two types of cells, some containing 47 and others containing the usual 46 chromosomes. Mosaicism is found in 1% of all cases of Down syndrome.
CAUSES OF DOWN SYNDROME
In our body, all cells contain genes that are organized along chromosomes in the cell nucleus.  Normally there are 46 chromosomes in each cell, 23 chromosomes are inherited from the mother and 23 chromosomes are inherited from the father. But when instead of two - 21 chromosomes, the child ends up with an additional partial copy or three copies of chromosomes then Down Syndrome occurs.
PHYSICAL FEATURES CHARACTERISTICS
Each individual has distinct physical features with Down syndrome, variability in cognitive development, and unique health issues.
Some physical characteristics of Down syndrome include:-
have white spots on the iris, have epicanthic skin folds on the inner corner, have oblique fissures, and eyes that slant upward
low muscle tone
small stature and a short neck
a flat nasal bridge
single, deep creases across the centre of the palms
a protruding tongue
a large space between the second toe and the large
a single flexion furrow of the fifth finger
HEALTH ISSUES
There are some general or severe health problems due to the change in a number of chromosomes which affect bodily function or organ system. Half of all people with DS have a congenital heart defect.
There may also be a higher risk of:
respiratory problems
hearing difficulties
Alzheimer's disease
childhood leukaemia
epilepsy
thyroid conditions
Despite this, there seems to be a lower risk of hardening of the arteries, most kinds of cancer, and diabetic retinopathy.
Why Choose IIAHP For Down Syndrome Treatment
Our professional therapists provide many different international techniques under one roof. Our therapies help all children improvement. We have shown the best Results of Down Syndrome Treatment in the whole country. We take new DS children in all Year.

Cerebral Palsy Treatment
Cerebral palsy (CP) refers to a particular type of disorders that affect coordination and muscle movement. In some cases, sensation, hearing, and vision are also affected.
The word “cerebral” from CP means the midbrain. The word “palsy” means paralysis ( problems or weakness with body movement).
Cerebral Palsy is the major cause of motor disabilities in children. Children with cerebral palsy also show improvement at IIAHP Therapy centre, having the best techniques and therapies.
TYPES OF CEREBRAL PALSY
Different types of Cerebral palsy have different effects on the parts of our brain. So, there is a need for different types of therapies for the treatment of cerebral palsy.  Each type has specified movement disorders. Different types of CP are:
1. Spastic cerebral palsy:-
The most common type of disorder, which affects about 79% of CP types. As the characteristics are different that’s why Spastic Cerebral Palsy vary from other types of Cerebral Palsy. Common characteristics and symptoms of spastic cp include:
Fail to reach milestones in walking, crawling and sitting
Unusual movement
stiff muscles
Muscles tend to become stiff, the more child moves
Difficulty in controlling individual muscles
Difficulty pin moving one position to another.
2. Dyskinetic cerebral palsy:-
It is the most common form of cerebral palsy after the Spastic cerebral palsy, although it affects around only 3% of all cases of such disorder. Symptoms of Dyskinetic CP include:
Repetitive, twisting motions (dystonia)
Slow, writhing movements (athetosis)
Unpredictable, irregular movements (chorea)
Awkward posture
3. Ataxic cerebral palsy: –
It is the least frequent type of Cerebral Palsy. People with Ataxic Cerebral Palsy usually face problems with coordination and balance. A child diagnosed with ACP may find doing fine motor works and walking, such as grasping objects and writing difficult.
4. Hypotonic cerebral palsy: –
Babies with this type of CP finds difficulty in balancing their head and body parts because of relaxing muscles and reduced muscle tone. It can be noticed in a newly born child also as their feet and hands movement is floppy.
Due to their weak muscles, they will struggle to sit straight, abnormalities in walking and difficulty in speaking. They have little control over their head but they may find difficulty in breathing.
