May I ask what you mean by the community groomed you?

I’m a little confused on that- Does that mean certain people from the community pushed their narratives onto you? Or are you saying the entire community groomed you?

the community itself made me think certain things are okay and normal, which harmed me. i was groomed into becoming the monster i was, i was enabled to the point that i felt like a different person

how does one create alters manually? i already have a few facets or however its spelled but im not sure how you can make them

for me its the main way my system has been formed!! for me, (apart from using hypnosis, drugs, and pinterest) its a process of making an imaginary friend and trying to give that friend its own voice!! for me i have to force the conversations i have with them at first, but eventually it gets to a point that it feels natural, like i dont even have to think about it. umm ya i recommend checking out willo/tulpa guides theyre super helpful!!!
