We never fear others cause the scariest part is to commit to ourselves. The commitment which begins with “I can and I will” scares us. Not because we will fail along the way, that’s not tough to deal with but the self bashing, guilt and regret that comes with having to face the truth that we have lost our spark is catastrophic. #retropect Looking over the last year for me two things rung a note for me; 1. Life is constantly evolving, we change, people change, relationship change but if we listen closer it’s only good that things/ people change making way for new experience, new challenges, new journeys. In all the changes the people, lessons, things and experiences meant for us find a way of finding us. I have learnt so much in this one year both to let go, to accept and to welcome change. 2. The second thing is all decisions made IN LOVE 😍 no more Self bashing, blaming myself for others decisions or lack of decisions, no more walking the way twice over to meet others. Just no more of things that tire me only things that build me, nourish me, caress me and love me. All my decisions are in self love for Self and Others. Only when I love myself can I give and accept love. This is the most freeing experience of all. A experience of flight and experience of peace.
