Meeri Neko Girl - Post Aurigael Contest Entry (2) 

So in July 2016, I had decided to participate in yet another drawing contest via Deviantart. This one was hosted by user Aurigael for her “Draw My OC Contest” back then. This one was supposed to be my second entry for her back then, but I wasn’t able to upload it in time, cuz my Wifi Modem kept malfunctioning -.- 

  Drawn in Illustrator in one day and coloured in Photoshop the other 4 days.

Sakiko the Wolf Girl - 2016 Contest Entry

So in July 2016, I had decided to participate in yet another drawing contest via Deviantart. This one was hosted by user Aurigael for her “Draw My OC Contest” back then. It took me 6 days do this piece from start to finish and I’m happy with how it turned out, since this is the first time I’ve drawn a character like this, at the time

 Macoto Takahashi’s Rose Princess - (Coloured):

Free Vintage Coloring Page of one of Macoto Takahashi’s Illustrations, that I decided to colour using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, once again trying my hand at Softshading. (Ie colouring practice.) I found the line art via Pinterest > https://www.pinterest.com/pin/428827195749023428/ Completed the coloring on May 2nd at 10:50 pm. Took 17 days to finish cuz my laptop had died on the 16th of April, and is currently in need of repairs, (mostly exterior repairs.) The last 3 days in coloring was difficult, cuz I had to travel back and forth to use a computer at an Internet Cafe that I knew of, set up my software files and work from where I left off, (on the 16th of April.) Textures used are from Vector Sites such as 123rf, Dreamlite, Colourbox etc and you have to buy the textures before usage. Ghelu Pietas Roses (Coloured)

Made another attempt at colourng Roses o.o The outcome is a little better than the last time I tried to colour roses, but I think there is room for improvement in my colouring skills, when it comes to still life, (since Still Life is not like Manga Illustrations o.o)Line Art belongs to Traditional Artist, Ghelu Pietas, on Facebook. I had asked them for permission before doing my colouring attempt on their work :) Digital version of their Line Art was made in Adobe Illustrator. Coloured in Photoshop CS6. 3D ABSTRACT VASES 1:

Practicing again in Maya, by making simple objects and experimenting with lighting. This is my second Vase Set. Modeled with Nurbs, (which I then converted to Polygons). Used 2 Ambient Lights, 2 Spot Lights and 1 directional Light. Set with Raytracing and Rendered with Mental Ray. Abstract Texture used was a Free to Use Vecotor Background. 3D FLOWER VASES 1:

Got back into 3D Art this yr. This is my first Render from Maya, (for 2016 of my personal works.) It was completed on January 22nd. I'm still not very good at the software and have always struggled with Maya, (particularly with texturing, texturing placement and lightning), but I can keep trying and practicing. I'm starting out with simple things first and working my way up.

Yukio and Rin:

Finally finished colouring out my Rin and Yukio Lineart, (that I drew in 2014) Most of the colouring was done in 2015, but then I got into a depression and "ditched" the work, til February of this yr :) Background I got here > http://wallpapers55.com/red-and-blue-flames/

Avery of Shadow Magic - (Coloured)

I finally managed to finish a coloring experiment I was working on for some time, on and off in late 2015. The experiment was to see if I could colour a grey scaled, Manga Page and this was the result ^.^ The Illustration was done by Tiffany Lei aka tiffa, (an animator from Canada), for her Manga: Shadow Magic, (which is currently being made into an Anime right now.) Puppy Angel Tribute (WIP 1 and 2):

So some time last yr, a friend of mine died from some type of Cancer :( As a result I started making an Art Tribute for them, but never finished cuz I was depressed.

I only managed to finish the second half of this piece - The roses colouring. Now for the harder part, the angel puppy... I’ll see if I can finish it up for later and get it out of the way, so I can move on the the other work I have. Sky Background is from Spudfuzz, though I tweaked it alittle to suit the piece. (Laziness kicks in) Uuuuuugghhhh... I'll finish this later. Need more Anime now! (goes off to watch anime)

Hanging Around - (Coloured):

Finished another colouring in October 2015  ^.^ Used a half and half method - (Both Gradients/Vector colouring via Illustrator and Painting, blending and compiling, via Photshop)  Took a while, even though I had once given up on it for a month a half previously XD Vectors stars are mine, so is the colouring of the character. Gon Freeces Model Sheet - (Coloured):

Finished colouring this in Oct 2015. It’s a Gon Freeces lineart piece that was drawn by DA User Clidjan ^.^ Took me 5 days to colour this out, cuz I was colouring on and off. Would have  finished in 3 days if I didn't decide to go on a Final Fantasy and Fringe Online Marathon XD 

I think my favorite colouring aspects were  the hair, legs and shoes ^.^ Didn't bother to put a background cuz its a Ref Model Sheet. Those don't require backgrounds really ^.^ but I hope you like...
