What really ticks me off when talking about ai is when people are like "it's unavoidable" or "you'll have to learn to use it someday" or "its going to be part of the future" like no it's plenty avoidable actually if you have a spine stronger than a dandelion. You simply say "no" and continue to use your own goddamn brain.

I also think it is extremely interesting how Camilla is over victimized. I will forever find more and more ways to become fascinated by Donna Tartt and her writing skills. Think about it, a lot of the fandom basically *is* Richard in this way. They see Camilla the way Richard does, an idolized version. Some recognize Richard as an unreliable narrator yet still pick and choose which pieces of information to be wary of. Camilla is just as guilty as the others. Of course the way she was treated by her brother was disgusting and objectively wrong but then again… do we know the whole truth? How much can we rely on Richard and his knowledge? Especially since I think he will forever remain an outsider. My point is not to condone Charles's actions, rather to hold *everyone* accountable for theirs. Thank you for attending my TED talk

Crime and Punishment really describes the ultimate student experience. Frequent mental breakdowns. Being constantly broke. Ride or die buddies. Reading so much philosophy you conclude that you are superhuman. Disappointing your family. Having a crush. Desperate attempts to get rid of student loans.

Riding Coat from the court of Saxony, ca. 1601
This riding coat, made of black cloth and decorated with silk, is one of 24 coats ordered for the servants of the Saxon court in 1601. Additional mittens could be pulled over the sleeves during cold weather.
Like most riding coats of that time, this example is double-breasted and closed with hooks and eyes. The back is cut wide to allow the wearer to sit comfortably on the back of a horse without fabric getting in the way.
Today, this garment is exhibited at the Rüstkammer in Dresden, Germany.
