Quirk type: emmiter

Quirk summary: you have the ability to telepathically manipulate a set of playing cards, however, based on what playing card you have in your hand physically, you can cast a speed based on what it represents. For example if you casted a spell holding the ace of spades, you would cast misfortune on to you opponent.

Drawbacks: after you cast a spell, the card disintergrates, so you can only cast 52, then you would have to get a new set of cards.
