What do you picture his relationships with the UK siblings & Ireland being like?

Let's start with England-

They hold a lot of respect for each other, and sure they didn't get along for a while but they understand each other now. Frank still sees him as an older brother figure, and though he has become independent he has no problem accepting help either... They do still bicker about the silliest things though. Of course, all siblings seem to do that.

Scotland- Frank thinks of him as the coolest of the older brothers, pretty much. Yeah, that's the best way to sum it up.

Wales... They're the two that constantly prank and make fun of each other. Frank constantly pokes fun at his language, for instance.

And then Ireland- besides England, she's the one he's closest to. He loves getting recipes from her and going out pub hopping with her, as well as sharing music both ways. He would definitely consider her the most fun to be around, with Scotland being a very close second.
