The individual feels less than completely human by discrimination. Their self-esteem suffers when people are undervalued by others and they avoid striving to better themselves.
𝐹𝒶𝒾𝓇𝓃𝑒𝓈𝓈 𝐸𝓆𝓊𝒶𝓁𝒾𝓉𝓎
Every person gets exactly the same thing under equality regardless of whether or not it is necessary. Bias may result in inequality and loss to other individuals. It’s not just ensuring that everyone is treated the same. Not everybody is the same, so we must consider their side as human beings as well. I’m not treating them all the same because they’re not.
