Ever since, Bias and Prejudice has been present in our society. It’s just sad to think that there are people who invalidates someone else’s efforts and worth just because of their judgements towards them. A person’s worth and ability is not based and should never be based on their race, age, status, or even their gender. We are all born equal and we have no right to judge and discriminate others.

𝐹𝒶𝒾𝓇𝓃𝑒𝓈𝓈 𝐸𝓆𝓊𝒶𝓁𝒾𝓉𝓎

Every person gets exactly the same thing under equality regardless of whether or not it is necessary. Bias may result in inequality and loss to other individuals. It's not just ensuring that everyone is treated the same. Not everybody is the same, so we must consider their side as human beings as well. I'm not treating them all the same because they're not.

we all think the same thing when we hear the word bias and prejudice. people are often biased against outside of their social group. no matter how good you are as a person, people will still judge and criticize you. they will always believe who they want to believe and will judge you according to their convenience so you should just ignore them and continue doing the things you want to pursue.
