Am I the asshole for not wanting to listen to a video all day long?

Yesterday I was stuck cofronting with another alter. He wanted to watch SHOP: A Pop Opera and nothing else while we were stuck at school, and was actively annoyed when I switched to something else

Don't get me wrong, very very good video and songs

But I am losing my goddamn mind

AITA for not liking our hosts idea :I

Okay here's some context

In homeroom (we're in high school) this guy asked us if we had a partner (saw us holding hands with our best friend) and when we said no he proceeded to say "I think I like you" (and then the class ended so we didn't get to talk about it deeper) and ...oh boy

It's not like he's bad or wrong or anything but I don't think this would be a good decision for us??? We're very unstable (look at our past relationship and tell us we're not) + hiding the fact we have DID (idk how well he'd be able to take it yet) is gonna be painful

And the host (obsessed with love) is very enthusiastic about this and thinks he's found the Love of his life. :I

So AITA for thinking this???

AITA for holding a grudge against a past host?

ok so for reference ive (it/its) been the host for about 10 months. i officially took host around late january. one of our old hosts, A (he/she) from december treated another alter, S (she/her) unfairly. A forced S into dormancy after S was going through a rough patch with her mental health and participating in unhealthy behaviors. i find this hypocritical because both A and I ALSO partook in the unhealthy behaviors that she did, and so have most of our hosts ?? AITA for holding a grudge against him?

i guess it depends on the alters, especially if you all did different variants of the same thing (she might have done smth considered worse, guilt might cloud your judgement etc etc), or it might just be him trying to use those actions as an excuse to hate her? idk i’ll let the people decide //

AITA for buying the scent I know Max (he/him, Main Protector) hates?

I (they/them, Host), have been buying the Hello Kitty Vanilla perfume for myself since I started fronting. I am not the alter that fronts for work, but I handle a majority of our every day interactions, so I figured I’d pick a scent that really suits me.

The issue is that Max, who fronts a lot to deal with a few worse issues, ends up fronting and getting really agitated at the smell. It’s not (to my knowledge) a scent that’s associated with trauma, he just doesn't like it. He like actively despises it, but I really really like it.

He's been leaving notes telling me to stop buying the perfume and wasting our money, but I’ll be honest, I have not been paying attention to it.

tldr; i started buying a perfume and i won’t stop just bc my protector doesn’t like it lol
