The fact that Glatt appeared canonically only like...two times is actually rather intriguing. Because he doesn't have a specific, established personality. Which means that people can experiment. I love the idea of him being similar to Schlatt but without anger issues and seemingly more chill but...God, it has my soul to imagine him being similar to Ghostbur.

Especially with his interaction with Quackity because if Glatt is seemingly so in love and shows so much affection...it means that Schlatt had to have some affection towards him at some point. And Quackity has to live with that. With the fact that, yes, despite everything that happened, at some point they had that connection.

Glatt acts like they are still together.

(Bonus point for those of you that like angst and a darker vision of Quackity: Glatt would forget everything that is negative and bad. It doesn't matter what Quackity does or says to him, the ghost will not remember it the next day. This is not my preferred version but I do find it interesting. Only thing that I once proposed that is close is...them having something more intimate and Q actually calling the ghost "Schlatt", which Glatt asked not to do before. Quackity does apologize but...Glatt also starts spiraling, asking how often they ended up in this situation. Because he knows that he would forget if it ever happened before. Plus, Glatt asking Quackity to "let him be upset till he forgets".)

So, I did say that I will show you some snippets from my first draft of the Trans!Schlatt fanfic. There wont be too much context but still!

Also, keep in mind, this is the first draft, I will fix the dialogues/grammatic issues later on...maybe. Oh! And this is sort of a more "modern AU" type of thing.

"The avian was looking down at his partner with that healthy glow which further confirmed that the decision was taken in a sober spirit. Quackity reached forwards to cup his lovers cheek in the palm of his hand, feeling the facial hair brush against the sensitive skin, causing a chuckle from the tickling feeling. Schlatt leaned into the soft gesture, half closing his eyes, as a smile bloomed on his face, causing smaller wrinkles to appear next to his eyes. The smaller man slowly reached with his second hand down before changing the pace and grabbing the defensless baby-carrots off of Schlatts plate, hearing a rather offended gasp before pushing both little vegetables inside of his own mouth. Immediately taking a step back, grabbing the plate by the edge to carry it over to the sink and wash off the spots of sauce and leftover mashed-potatoes. -I would have eaten those, ya know.- -You never do, besides…I wanted to have dinner out of the way, so we could start with the…attempts- This statement left Schlatt laughing in the background, usually Quackity didn’t try to be subtle about sex but probably, the context of this intercourse being more special and serving a further purpose, other than the pleasure and closeness motivated him to be...less vulgar about it. -You…do know that at the moment it wont work either way, right?- the man placed his elbow on the table before resting his cheek on the open palm of his hand. -Oh…really?- -Yes, Q. I am still on testosterone. I don’t even have my period, how do ya expect anything to happen? Ugh. I would have to go to the doc, talk about all the…consequences of stopping it and…- -Wait, wait. Stop it? But you…waited so long to start!- Quackity made a sharp turn, not even bothering to stop the water from running free. Schlatts lips curved up in a half smile as his amber eyes were observing his partner with pure adoration. -Alex…the effect wont reverse for the most time…my voice wont change, neither will the hair amount become less. I will be okay…and if there will be some stuff that could cause me to relapse, I will be warned about it. And it will still take months for my period to be back probably. If its even possible at this point in my life..so…I will have to go through some tests.- Quackity started to slowly nod, turning his head and slamming his hand down on the faucet lever, as the gurgling sound of the running water started to irritate him. -Why does it all have to be…so fucking complicated…and I don’t mean…well..you…I mean all the tests and all appointments just to….like…just for you to actually feel well, we both know that the first appointment will take weeks if not months…..but…you know that we will go together, right?- -Believe me, I know that I wont be getting rid of ya. And…I know, its all...a hellhole. But…you know that…sex isn’t a forbidden activity just because we have to wait till it will…actually give anything else than sex, right?- Quackitys shivering feathers slowly smoothed down, as he waltzed over, pressing a kiss against the taller mans lips."

"The light inside the room was pleasantly dim as the curtains were mercifully shut. Quackity shifted in the bed, attempting to find a comfortable position on Schlatts chest. His fingers softly lingering over the slightly fading scars, feeling the tense skin under his fingertips before placing his hand on the mans shoulder. His yellow feathers ruffled up before relaxing and falling back into place, forcing a small chuckle out of Schlatt as he scooped the smaller male closer to himself, pressing his palm against Quackitys lower back."

The desire to write my own trans!Schlatt fic with Quackity being extremely supportive is rising once again... (I did start one a while ago. I am planning for it to be a longer-one chapter fic...)

Also. Random MC thought. I have a Piglin OC and...that made me think, it would be so sweet if piglins had very close communities....and the zombified piglins are being taken care off in a similar way that we humans take care of disabled people...

In my head, Aym and Baal are both like sons and brothers to Narinder (not literally--they aren't blood related at all. Being stuck together for 1,000 years will kinda force you to get close I think.) I don't care for their reasoning, I will genuinely never be able to see their actions as rational.

Reasons people may decline to comment or kudos on fanfiction they enjoyed:

They consider comments and kudos transactional compensation to the author, and they don't feel that the work was good enough to deserve compensation, or they don't believe they owe compensation to fan authors in general.

They consider comments and kudos as feedback, and they don't feel that the author wants or needs feedback from them.

However, comments and kudos aren't compensation, and they aren't even necessarily feedback either.

encouragement to keep writing

interaction with your community

confirmation that they're not the only one interested in their story

Please don't consider comments, or especially kudos, purely transactional or purely a form of feedback. Comments and kudos are a way to show authors in your community that you're glad they're there.

Authors aren't "entitled" to kudos or comments, but readers aren't "entitled" to fic, either.

Fanfiction is a community, and when an author repeatedly reaches out to their community for connection only to receive silence in return it is very discouraging and can result in the author withdrawing from the community altogether.
