have you ever lost very little weight during a month?
like 1/2kg max.
i would like to lose 4kg per month but over time it becomes more and more difficult even though i always eat 500kc/al per day, i train at least 20min per day, i drink 2L of water per day + at least 2 glasses of green tea and i also fast for 3+ days.
i really don't know what to do :/ any tips ???
[only thing i'm not doing is sleeping well <ty uni 🙄> but is it possible that this has such a big impact on weight loss???]

my sister doesn't live at home with me anymore (she lives in another city) and will only come back for my bachelor's degree and ngl this motivates me even more to lose a lot of weight!
last time she saw me was in summer 2023 and at that time i weighed at least 25 kg more than now.
i have to lose as much weight as possible i wanna see her face when she sees how much weight i have lost since the last time she saw me ^^.
