Coffee Daily Make The Skin Complexion Darker
Excess of any thing is bad, rather than coffee has skin beneficial component like it is full of antioxidants but it also have some adverse effects prolonged use of coffee can have more negative benefits than positive it may damage your teeth, breadth and even your skin.
Skin disorders related to coffee are:
Tannin
Tannin is a chemical that is found in both coffee and tea. Commercially, tannin is used in tanneries when processing leather to make the leather soft and shiny, which is a good indicator that you shouldn't be drinking it. Tannin blocks the pores of cells, preventing them from receiving nutrients provided by food. Other adverse aspects of tannin that make it great for leather treatment are its hydration-removal properties, which can cause your skin to become rough and brittle over time.
Liver Spots
A common skin problem found primarily in older people is liver spots. These dark splotches are caused by a high level of toxicity and congestion in the liver. Your liver acts like a filter for your body, purifying your blood so your cells can receive oxygen and nutrients. Long-term coffee use may block your liver with toxins, preventing your liver from purifying your blood. This impure blood then taints the cells in your body, including skin cells, which may result in the development of liver spots as you age.
Dehydration
In addition to the dehydrating effects that tannin has on your skin, the caffeine in coffee, when taken in high amounts, also acts as a diuretic, which further dehydrates your body. Diuretics cause you to urinate more frequently, which can dry out your body as well as your skin. While drinking only a few cups of coffee won't dehydrate you too badly, when you get up to 4 to 7 cups a day, it may become problematic.
Acne
The toxic effects that coffee can have on your liver can also lead to acne, as the liver is unable to purify your blood, resulting in tainted skin cells read more...

Get Sick Fast
Im not sure why You would want to get sick, but if you want to really fuck up your body, do the following
Stop exercising, completely, just sit all day for 12 hours in a room with no air flow, and let your blood flow/circulation suffer while breathing no fresh air
Eat lots of very processed unhealthy foods like meat, dairy, junk foods, oils, corn syrups, soda etc and eat no fruits and vegetables what so ever.
Stop drinking water, instead drink milk or soda if your thirsty and dehydrate your body so it can not heal itself.
Don’t shower or clean yourself, or keep any hygiene at all, stay gross and let disease and bacteria and sickness thrive.
Be very anti social and depressed, Don’t talk to people, be pissed off at the world, hate yourself and those around you and make yourself believe that you are worthless.
Play lots of violent video games, or watch lots of movies to distract your mind from healing, Don’t give your brain enough room to be healthy.
Don’t pray or mediate at all, tell God to leave and not to help you and call curses on yourself and God.
If You do all of those you will truly become sick, physically, mentally, spiritually, and you will destroy Your body and life.

Burn Calories
1000 calories of fat and protein will have a much healthier effect than 1000 calories of carbohydrates. So no matter how many calories you consume, avoiding carbohydrates is likely considered ‘good’ depending on what you’re doing. If you a body builder or marathon runner, you may want some more carbs for explosive energy and glycogen storage. If you’re not an athlete on that level, you probably don’t need the sugar.
In other words, there isn’t necessarily a good or bad calorie because contexts determines proportions. However for most people, you want to lean more heavily on fats and proteins because our demands are much lower.
Calorie defecits don’t work. Never starve yourself read more...

Eat Rice Every Day
3.5 billion people in the world eat rice, accounting for half of the world's population.
Rice is the staple food of many countries. They eat rice every day, such as China, India, Pakistan, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar and so on.
Rice is a basic food for supplementing nutrients. In addition to being rich in carbohydrates, it also contains protein, fat, vitamins and 11 minerals, which can provide the human body with comprehensive nutrition.
Rice contains about 75% carbohydrates. After being digested by the body, carbohydrates are converted into glucose to provide the body with calories and energy to meet the needs of daily activities.

Blueberries Are Purple, Not Blue
Who says blueberries are not blue? To me and others they are blue. Here are some other foods that “I think” are blue: blue corn, blue elderberries, Danson plums, indigo milk cap mushrooms, Adirondack blue potatoes, blue cheese and Gorgonzola cheese (I guess the mold tends to be more green than blue but it does have a shade of blue). Blue lobster (never eaten one but I have seen them), Concord grapes, Ultrech blue wheat, blue tomatoes, Blue Pea tea.
Then there are artificially flavored blue foods/snacks like blue ice cream, blue jolly ranchers, blue cookies, blue cake, blue potato chips, blue peeps candy, blue M&Ms candy, Blue cotton candy read more...

Healthy Drink For Morning
For ages, different people have different morning rituals which include eating or drinking something in the morning that gets their metabolism going.
It is not about what's the healthiest morning drink, it's actually about what to avoid first thing in the morning.
People all over the World are addicted to the idea of having tea or coffee first thing in the morning, just to feel fresh and active. In fact many athletes and gym goers believe that black coffee gives them the energy boost needed for working out or weight training or running in the morning.
However, this is exactly the thing to be avoided first thing in the morning.
Having jeera water or water kept overnight in copper vessel or lemon honey water or amla aloe Vera juice are generally prescribed by dieticians for weight loss.
I believe the best drink for any human being right in the morning is plain water followed by choice of soaked nuts. The reason I prefer and suggest plain water as the best morning drink is because it hydrates our body that has been dehydrated over the night.
After you have had a glass or two of plain water at normal temperature, you should have maybe a banana or soaked nuts like almond, walnuts, raisins or anjeer.
Post this, one can choose their favoured choice of drink. It can be tea, amla aloevera ghiya juice, coffee, plain milk or lemon honey water or jeera or dhaniya water.
As a healthier choice of drink differs from person to person according to their health needs.
Like for people with thyroid, having dhaniya water or amla juice in the morning is really good.
For constipation, a glass of warm water with amla juice works wonders.
For diabetes, having aloevera amla lauki juice is a great choice.
Having citric juices first thing in the morning increases the acid level in your body and is really harmful.
A glass or two of plain water is the healthiest drink for everyone, irrespective of the health issues or body needs read more...

Healty Foods
We are all different, we all have completely different health, but we all need to follow some rules in nutrition in order to maintain our health. Nobody likes pain and illness, if so, let's see what is useful for breakfast, and what should be abstained from and why.
So, it is not advisable to eat the following products for breakfast:
Oranges
If you really really wanted an orange in the morning, then you need to eat it after the porridge. An orange eaten on an empty stomach can harm the mucous membranes and cause allergies or gastritis. Even orange juice should not be drunk on an empty stomach.
Bananas
They say bananas are very good for the heart, but bananas eaten on an empty stomach can play a cruel joke on you. The magnesium in bananas taken on an empty stomach can interfere with magnesium-calcium metabolism and increase your risk of heart disease.
Fresh vegetables
Here is a small list of unwanted vegetables, these include: cabbage, paprika, cucumbers, they, like bananas, irritate the mucous membranes and can also provoke gastritis or even ulcers, due to the high acid content of these vegetables.
Yoghurts
Many people think that yogurt is the perfect breakfast, in every sense. Of course, it will not harm you, but the benefits of eating yogurt on an empty stomach will come to naught. And all because yogurt is a product that perfectly improves digestion, but what to improve in the morning, an empty stomach works great and there are plenty of bacteria. It will be best if you have a yogurt snack 2-3 hours after breakfast read more...

Eat Orange on an Empty Stomach
There are foods that you absolutely cannot eat on an empty stomach. And all due to the fact that they contain substances that can cause various health problems: from the onset of symptoms of poisoning and heartburn to headaches. What foods can not be eaten on an empty stomach, writes  healthinfo.ua .
sour berries and fruits: oranges, lemons, currants, cranberries, sour apples, cherries, etc. Too high acid levels, due to the large amount of acetylsalicylic acid and vitamin C included in these fruits, can provoke an increase in acidity in the stomach. And this is fraught with heartburn and pain in the stomach. It is for the same reason that you should not drink freshly squeezed juices on an empty stomach.
Experts say that it is undesirable to eat fruits and vegetables with an astringent effect on an empty stomach: persimmons, pears, melons, tomatoes. There are too many pectin and tannins in these fruits, which can cause bloating and colic. They also inhibit the work of an empty stomach, and a feeling of heaviness appears in it ("the stomach has become").
If you're hungry, take the time to grab a kale and bell pepper salad snack. These raw vegetables contain too many acids and dense fiber. This irritates the stomach lining and causes gastritis.
Many people consider yogurt or kefir to be the best food for satisfying hunger. This opinion is wrong. Yogurt can kill your appetite a little, but it will not be of any benefit. And literally 20 minutes later, hunger overtakes again and I want to eat even more. In order for the body to get everything useful from yogurt, nutritionists advise using this product 2 hours after the main meal, but not when the feeling of hunger is too strong.
Cold water is also on the list of prohibited foods . On the Internet, it is often found advice for those who want to lose weight to drink a glass of cold water on an empty stomach in the morning. Allegedly, in order to assimilate the incoming fluid, the body needs to "warm up" it to the required temperature. As a result, he has to expend more energy and calories. However, this is a delusion. Cold water before meals dilutes the gastric juice, and then the food received is not absorbed properly and practically read more...

Diet Coca-Cola
Choosing between Diet Coke and Coke Zero can be somewhat perplexing, not knowing the real difference between both drinks. Because by name, both have the same meaning; less or no high-calorie drinks. Diet Coke and Coke Zero are the low-calorie soft drinks of the Coca-Cola family. Diet Coca-Cola was introduced in 1982. It became a hit in America and was once considered the preferred sugar-free soft drink. Cox Zero was introduced much later; it was introduced in 2005 and marketed as being low in calories in the United States and elsewhere as zero sugar. It is interesting to note that Diet Coke is popular with women, while Coke Zero is popular with men or young adults.
What is Diet Coke?
Diet Coke is also known by the names of Diet Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Light, or Coca-Light in some countries. It is ranked as the second most preferred soft drink in the United States by Caffeine Informer. Diet Coke is a favorite of people who are not interested in calories but prefer delicious soft drinks.
Diet Coke doesn't use a modified form of the Coca-Cola recipe, but instead uses a completely different formula.
Ingredients for making diet cola include soda, caramel color, aspartame, phosphoric acid, potassium benzonate, natural flavors, citric acid, and caffeine.
Diet Coca-Cola is one of the favorite soft drinks of people due to the fact that indifferent flavors come to it.
The various flavors included in Diet Coke include Decaffeinated Diet Coke, Lemon Diet Coke, Lime Diet Coke, Diet Raspberry Coke, Vanilla Cherry Diet Coke, Splenda Sweetened Diet Coke, Diet Coke Plus read more...

Jogging For Weight Loss
If you want to start running in order to lose weight, you must adhere to certain rules.
The body expends a lot of energy while running. At the same time, metabolism is normalized, calories are burned, metabolism is accelerated, and the work of the digestive system is improved. In addition, the muscles of the body are strengthened, the circulatory system is saturated with oxygen, the level of cholesterol in the blood is reduced, and the work of the cardiovascular system is improved.
Jogging is one of the easiest and most affordable weight loss methods. At the same time, those wishing to lose weight complain that they regularly run, but at the same time do not lose weight. The thing is that running for weight loss  has many nuances that must be taken into account in order to get the desired effect.
So, let's figure out how and how much to run to lose weight.
1. Run for more than 40 minutes
For the first 40 minutes of running, the body runs on carbohydrates (glycogen is a complex carbohydrate stored in liver and muscle cells). And only then the transition to the stage of fat burning occurs. That is, to run to lose weight, you need at least 50 minutes at an average pace.
Perhaps this is the first thing you need to know on this topic. If you are a beginner, you will hardly be able to master 40 minutes at once. For beginners, we recommend alternating between slow running and brisk walking.
For a trained runner, the ideal method of losing weight would be a long cross-country race lasting at least an hour, at a monotonous speed, at a heart rate of no higher than 150 beats / min, which corresponds to running with low intensity.
2. Eat right
You can often hear the phrase: "For you, runners, even if you eat a whole cake, it will burn out in training." Unfortunately, this is not so.
To reduce fat mass, you need to use more energy than you consume. This means that any amount of physical activity works for the benefit of fat burning only in combination with proper nutrition.
3. Be sure to eat after exercise
Another misconception is that if you fast after exercise, you can burn more calories. If you want to use jogging to lose weight, don't starve yourself.
The word "diet" does not always mean fasting, a sports diet is the right set of foods, their combination and quantity, as well as avoiding junk food: fast food, soda, chips, mayonnaise, starchy foods, sugar, overcooked food, snacks on the go.
Include cereals, fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet. Drink plenty of clean water.
Read on:  How many calories are burned while running
4. Exercise regularly
A light jog once a week will be enjoyable, but useless in terms of weight loss. To get rid of those extra pounds, run at least three times a week.
Winter, rain, wind - this is not a reason to cancel training. Now on the sports goods market there is a huge amount of equipment that allows you to train in any weather.
5. Alternate between different types of workouts
Long-term cross-country running, high-intensity interval training for the trained runner, cross-country running, strength training from the basic training complex - there are many ways to diversify your workout. For example, 10 jogging strength exercises with video .
6. Have fun exercising
Only by enjoying what you are doing, you can quickly achieve results. If every run for you is a psychological and physical torment, then the body will very soon begin to resist this stress, as a result, injuries, depression and invincible laziness are possible.
Favorite music in headphones and bright fashionable outfit usually help to cope with this. Why aren't you motivated?
7. Be patient
Having decided to start running in order to lose weight, you must clearly understand that without harm to health, the process of getting rid of extra pounds takes at least three months.
For everyone, this period is individual and depends on many factors: the amount of extra pounds, the metabolic rate, the number of workouts per week, the absorption of nutrients in the body, metabolic disorders, the desire or unwillingness to adhere to the diet.
And here are some recommendations on how to run correctly to lose weight and see the effect of training read more...

What Happens if you Eat Jaggery Every Day
It's hard to imagine, but there was once a time when people only had access to sugar for a couple of months - during the fruit season. Some 80,000 years ago, hunter-gatherers rarely ate fruit, fruit did not grow everywhere, and birds had time to harvest before them.
Our sugar consumption is now year-round, often with less nutritional value and minimal energy consumption - as soon as we open a can of soft drink or a box of breakfast cereals. Even without the opinion of a nutritionist, it is obvious that our sugar consumption is less healthy than it used to be.
Until the 16th century, only wealthy people could afford to consume sugar. But with the expansion of colonial trade, it became more and more accessible. In the 1960s, the development of the production of fructose from glucose led to the development of high fructose corn syrup. During the 1970s and 1990s, consumption of corn syrup in the United States and around the world increased significantly. But the main source of problems is added sugar.
Why do we love sugar so much? The mechanism of action of sugar on the brain is known to everyone, probably from school. When we eat sugar, the brain releases dopamine, the “happiness hormone,” the same one that arises from other triggers of pleasure: sex, exercise, and drugs.
This is how sugar works: you eat sweet foods, your blood sugar rises, your body releases dopamine (hurray!) And insulin (a hormone that regulates sugar metabolism in the body ). Then the sugar level decreases, the feeling of hunger appears, and the desire for sweets increases again read more...

Soda Diet
Sometimes, while losing weight, people meticulously calculate the calorie content of dishes up to tenths, but in the end they never get a special result. This is because the daily rate is overkill due to seemingly harmless drinks, which we use to quench our thirst.
In the morning - a cup of coffee with cream and sugar (113 kcal), at lunchtime - hot chocolate (150 kcal), in the evening - dry red (140 kcal per glass). Add to this a bottle of lemonade, which imperceptibly "goes away" in a day (in 1 liter of ice tea "Lipton" - 1200 kcal, "Nestea" - 750 kcal). Not surprisingly, with numbers like this, dieting is in jeopardy.
This is why it is so important to know which drinks are low in calories. They allow you to stay within the daily calorie intake and achieve the long-awaited weight loss.
general information
We are accustomed to the fact that most low-calorie foods, be it vegetables, fruits or fish, solve 3 problems at once: they help to lose weight, are part of the treatment tables and allow you to follow the principles of proper nutrition. This is not the case with diet drinks.
Firstly, only vodka and coffee are drunk from small dishes. All other drinks are usually at least a glass (200-250 ml). And those that have up to 100 kcal per 100 ml of liquid are considered low-calorie. Accordingly, the figure is automatically increased by 2-2.5 times and the output is not so small.
Secondly, unlike other dietary products, not all low-calorie drinks are healthy and can fit into the diet, treatment table, or nutritional system.
For example, alcohol has a detrimental effect on the entire body, fatty milk is excluded when losing weight, coffee and strongly brewed tea negatively affect the work of the heart, energy and soda are almost everywhere included in the lists of prohibited.
Think it doesn't apply to fruit juices? They destroy enamel and irritate the walls of the stomach read more...

Healthy Food
Firs of all you must know that not all farts are created equally.
Gas happens when your stomach stars processing the foods that you have eaten. Henceforth the smelly farts are usually the cause of gas produced by colonic bacteria during fermentation of unabsorbed food residues arriving into the colon.
Your farts are what you eat. Bad smelling farts also come when you eat foods like:-
Apples.
Artichokes.
Asparagus.
Beer.
Broccoli.
Brussels sprouts.
Cabbage.
Carbonated drinks.
Carrots.
Cauliflower.
Celery.
Corn.
Cucumbers.
Dried beans, peas, lentils.
Eggs.
Onions.
Pears.
Peas.
Potatoes.
Radishes.
Red wine.
Rutabaga.
Sorbitol.
Turnips.
Wheat.
Whole grains.
Xylitol.
Etc.

Protein Bars:
To know this you should understand what protein bars are and what are the common ingredients. Knowing the ingredients will answer your question. I will try to keep the answer short and within scope.
Protein bars are nutrition supplements which are prepared in such a way that they contain high Protein and low amount of Carbohydrates and Fats making them high protein source at a given calories.
Ingredients of Protein Bars and how much is too much for a day:
Protein bars typically consist of a Protein source, Fats, Fiber source and Sweetener. I will. take an example of one protein bar from Indian market. Below are the Nutrition Facts for it. I have underlined the facts which can have upper limit of consumption.
Protein Source
This is usually Whey protein and soy protein isolate. There is no such consumption limit to both of them.
Fats Source
This can be any vegetable oil and there is no such consumption limit to it.
Fiber Source
Most commonly used fiber source in protein bars is inulin, a.ka. Fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS). Over of 20g of FOS may led to bloating, flatulence, cramping, constipation. For given protein bar, consuming above 4Protein bars at a time can cause digestive issues by the fiber source.
Other commonly used Fiber source is soluble corn fiber and upper limit to it is 40g-60g before it can cause intolerance.
Sweetener
Source of this can be Honey, Jaggery and Sugar Alcohols. Most of the protein bars are low in Carbs or are sugar free so widely used source of Sweetener in protein bars are Sugar Alcohols a.k.a Polyols.
Sugar Alcohols and most commonly used is Mannitol. Sugar Alcohols can cause Laxative effect and can lead to Bloating and constipation issues, this warming you will see in almost all protein bars. Mannitol acts as an osmotic laxative in oral doses larger than 20 g. So if we talk about above protein bar than more than two can cause digestive issues.
I will conclude my answer on how many Protein bars are safe to consume in a day by listing pointers you should keep in mind before consuming a protein bar:
Check for Fiber source and check the upper limit of consumption
Check if it has Sugar Alcohol and accordingly check the upper limit of consumption.
Try not to consume more than 2 protein bars at a go.
If you are consuming above 2 protein bars in a day try to consume them as far apart in 24 hours interval.
Make it a choice of daily protein source only if you are not able to complete protein requirements from whole foods.

24 Hour Fast Weight Lose
If you mean a 24-hour or more fast, your body will up-regulate your metabolism—that is, you will use slightly more calories than usual.
It's counter-intuitive, but the body will down-regulate its metabolism on a diet that represents a severe reduction in calories (but still includes food) and up-regulates its metabolism on zero calories.
Of course, the up-regulation of metabolism can only last as long as the body has stored energy to offer.
It makes sense in that if you have food, but not as much as usual, you scale back your energy use. But if you have no food, your body motivates you to get out and find it.
Remember, the system that manages our energy evolved before we had such relatively easy access to food read more...

Quickly Weight  Lose
1. The gut microbiome
Jillian and Jackie are twins, but one weighs 41 kg more than the other.
Professor Tim Spector has been following their development for 25 years as part of the UK nationwide twin study program. He believes that the difference in their weight is due to tiny microorganisms - microbes that live in our intestines.
“Every time you eat something, you are feeding hundreds of trillions of germs. You never eat alone,” he explains.
Stool samples taken from each of the sisters revealed that the thinner Jillian has a very diverse intestinal flora, while Jackie has very few intestinal microbes.
Kefir improves the intestinal microflora. Scientific proof
British scientists have found a possible cause of obesity in adolescents
Scientists: obesity contributes to the development of 11 types of cancer
"The more this diversity, the thinner the person. If you are too heavy, then your microbes are not as diverse as they could be," says Professor Spector, who bases his findings on a study of 5,000 people.
To diversify your microbiome, you need to eat a healthy and varied diet rich in various kinds of fiber.
As the professor points out, most Britons consume only half of the required amount of fiber.
Healthy Fiber Sources:
bran flakes
fruits, including berries and pears
vegetables such as broccoli and carrots
beans
pulses
nuts

Why do some people strictly follow different diets, exercise regularly, but still cannot lose weight, while others do almost nothing, but remain in good shape?
Scientists at the University of Cambridge believe that about 40-70% of our weight depends on the set of genes that we inherited from our parents.
"This is a lottery," says Professor Sadaf Farooqi. "It is now clear that genes affect our weight, and if you have a defect in certain genes, that may be enough for obesity."
These specific genes can affect appetite, the amount of food consumed, and even what kind of food a person prefers. Genes also determine how we burn calories and whether our bodies are able to efficiently distribute fat.
In total, there are at least 100 genes that affect weight, including the MC4R gene, which controls hunger and appetite.
According to experts, one person in every thousand has a defective variant of the MC4R gene, which means that its owners tend to be more hungry, and they are drawn to more fatty foods.
"You can't do anything about your genes, but some people will find it helpful to know that their genes increase their chances of gaining weight. Knowing this, they can change their diet and exercise," says Professor Farooqi.
3. Is dinner still to the enemy?
There is some truth in the old saying: "Eat breakfast yourself, share lunch with a friend, and give dinner to the enemy," but not in the sense in which you might think.
Obesity expert Dr. James Brown says the later we eat, the more likely we are to gain weight. And not because we are less active at night, as many people think, but because of our internal clock.
“Our bodies are tuned to deal with calories most efficiently during the daytime when it’s light, not at night when it’s dark,” he explains.
It is for this reason that those who work in shifts or at different hours can find it harder not to gain weight.
At night, our body has difficulty digesting fats and sugar, so it is better to eat something high in calories before seven in the evening in case you want to lose weight or not gain weight.
Over the past ten years, the national average in Britain has shifted dinner time from 5:00 pm to around 8:00 pm, and this has also contributed to the increase in overweight people, Dr. Brown points out.
But even with today's pace of life and no matter what your working hours are, there are things you can control to keep fit.
According to Dr. Brown's rules, you can't ignore breakfast or eat just one slice of toasted bread in the morning.
For breakfast, you need to eat something that contains protein, some fat and carbohydrates, such as eggs and a piece of bread made from wholemeal flour. This way you will feel full for longer.
This should be followed by a substantial nutritious lunch and a lighter dinner.
4. How to trick your brain
According to the government sociological group Behavioral Insights Team , the British do not track how much food they consume, and as a result, they underestimate the calories they receive by 30-50%.
Behavioral scientist Hugo Harper offers several ways to subconsciously change your eating habits so that you don't count calories all the time.
For example, it will be more effective not to rely on your own willpower, but simply to remove from sight something that whets your appetite.
Therefore, do not lay out unhealthy snacks in plain sight, it is better to put a bowl of fruit or something useful there.
Do not sit in front of the TV with a packet of cookies - put on the saucer as many cookies as you are going to eat (maximum two), and with this amount go into the living room.
Dr. Harper also advises substituting rather than canceling something entirely, especially if you love it - just go for the low-calorie option.
For example, drink low-calorie sodas. Or reduce the serving size. This will be more effective than trying, for example, to completely break the habit of drinking tea with chocolate chip cookies.
5. Hormones
The success of bariatric surgery lies not only in the fact that it reduces the stomach, but also in the subsequent change in hormonal levels.
Hormones control our appetite, and doctors have found that bariatric surgery - the most effective treatment for obesity - increases the number of hormones that make us feel full, and decreases those that make us feel hungry.
However, we are talking about a major operation, which consists in reducing the volume of the stomach, sometimes by 90%, and it is recommended only for those people whose body mass index is at least 35.
Scientists at Imperial College London have recreated the gut hormones that cause appetite changes after such surgery, and are currently conducting new clinical trials with them.
Patients are offered a mixture of three hormones injected daily for four weeks.
"Patients feel less hungry, eat less and lose two to eight kilograms in 28 days," says Trisha Tan.
If this method is found to be safe, it is planned to use it in the future until the patient reaches normal weight.

Huskies.
They’re one of the world’s most popular dogs. And no shocker there, I mean look. Huskies are gorgeous creatures, known for many lovely qualities. But with that comes a lot of responsibility.
You’ll have to deal with shedding, real bad. They have thick undercoats and if I’m not wrong they’ve also got another layer. Their natural habitat is somewhere cold, ideally snow. Unless you can turn on the AC or your house is naturally cold, then this dog will suffer needlessly.
Hyperactive, enduring dogs, they can’t spend the day lounging about without exercise. Their brain needs stimulation, like all dogs. But this especially applies to the Husky. Bred to be independent, nimble sled-dogs. Not a lazy family life.
Vet and food bills, health problems can also be an issue (true for any pet).
They ‘talk’. Or howl. Makes a lot of noises = not good for neighbors. Can get destructive if boredom takes hold.
Like all dogs, they need a serious commitment from their owner to make both theirs and the owner’s life as happy as possible.
The reasons I stated are because a lot of people purchase huskies without really knowing the requirements or what they’re getting into, and these dogs end up getting abandoned or rehomed (which can be psychologically damaging for them). Husky abandonment is becoming a huge problem.
However, these dogs are beautiful and make wonderful pets and excellent companions, but please do not get them because ‘having a wolf would be so cool’, or ‘I can post funny videos or pics of my dog to get likes!’ or even admiring the dogs from Game of Thrones.
These dogs deserve better than that. They are not the ‘average’ pet you want just for those cute Facebook pictures with your kid.
On a final note, if you have researched well and are certain you want a husky, please consider adoption. There are millions of wonderful huskies just waiting for a cool, loving home.
