I'm sorry to say this to everyone, but unfortunately Akademi High School RPG will be closing due to personal reasons. My aunt was given the news that her cancer has come back, and worse than before. As my aunt lives with us and has for many years, this has taken us all really hard. She's going to need a lot of help and because of that, I wont be able to run to this RPG. I just dont have the time or energy right now. This RPG might open again in the future, but not anytime soon. I'm sorry to all our members, but I'm glad to have met you all. I will still RP on my Ayano but she will be indie and will be used as my schedule allows. I am sorry once again, but my family needs to come first right now. A Post About Indie RPs

I've mentioned this before but we still seem to be having these issues. This RP is an exclusive and private one. That means that means your interactions with the blog you've created for the roleplay are to only be with the members of the roleplay. There is only one of each character and they are played by group members only. A group member is someone who's been accepted via applying to join the roleplay as a specific character. While a player can play as more than one in the group, not all characters the player plays are group members. For example: If a player joins as Sakyu Basu but they also have an Indie RP blog for Sora Soskue, group members are ONLY to roleplay with Sakyu Basu. Sora has not applied to be in the roleplay and is therefore not a member. This includes ooc interactions in which you publish to the tumblr timeline with members not in the group. Please try to keep all interactions out of character limited to this roleplay. If you wish to roleplay or talk to people as that character to members outside of the group, please use another blog for that. Please also do not post starters for non-group members. Even if you reblog your replies to a sideblog or other blog it clutters our dash still. Activity that is not for our RP does not count as regular activity and could get you an lack of activity notice. Musings, photos, and anything that helps build character is welcome, but only posts regarding this RP will equal as activity. I do not want to have to keep saying this as it takes time, that could be used to finish the RP, away and thats not fun for anyone. Please like this post to be sure that you have read it and agree to follow the rules stated. You can always message me if you need some clarification. If I sound angry, I'm not. I just want this point to get across.

Upcoming Events

We will be launching an NPC side blog very soon. The purpose of this blog will be to flesh the world out more by creating plentiful (and disposable) characters that can be interacted with. These characters will be a lot like the game NPC’s. They will have set routines and personalities that can be incorporated into events. All NPCs can be requested for plot use (even by having one of the mods portray them if needed). 

The second announcement is that we will be starting our first in game event. The start of term will begin in the RPG very soon (in a week or so, exact date to come). I’ve mentioned this before and have had a couple people ask what that means, so let me explain:

Right now the actual RP has not officially started. This period of time right now is just the training wheel stage. Giving everyone a chance to get to know one another and develop IC relationships with one another. More details will be shared once an exact date has been determined.

We've had a lot of new members join lately. If we can get a few more members (say three or four), we can officially start this RP for real! For now, continue mingling and getting to know one another. Also an NPC blog will be running very soon. More details on this later.

Are roleplayers allowed to do things that may contribute to another thread? I.E Give someone an item, said item is used in a murder later on?

As long as all the characters included are okay with this, then yes. This is actually encouraged! Make the world as rich and deep as you can.
