I finished a comission!

This one was a hard experience. Four characters and a background. A few changes here and there, and finaly, we have this.

I was worried with making the characters look dinamic and clear against the background.

Here, I can show you the sketch phase, so you can see a little of the design :v

The thumbnails. The client gave me an general idea about what they wanted, and, based on it, I tried to sketch possibilities to represent those characters. We stick with the first one.

Then I did all the lineart, base colors and ilumination sugestion. This was a little reckless. I should've stop just at the line and block colors.

The alterations. How you can see, the season changed, as well as my joy. Drawing snow was a tuff chalenge, but here we are.

And here we have an almost finished product. The backgroud valors got clear to generate contrast agains the characters. I aplied some blur middleway, and went with a brush to rework the tiny details in the background.

terminei mais uma comissão. Para a minha surpresa, desenhar esse casal foi até que simples. Essa arte em específico também é uma fanart. Vocês por acaso conhecem Os Quatro Cavaleiros do Apocalipse? É a sequência de Os Sete Pecados Capitais (Nanatsu no Taizai). Aqui temos Percival e Anne já grandinhos e.... encriançados, por assim dizer.

The idea was making a kid of two characters from Nanatsu no Taizai next series.

Here is. Rafayel's birthday fanart.

I like LADS, yes, but I have fan accounts to talk about it. I wouldn't post this fanart here, but since I spent so long doing this... ;-;

Look at this portrait. It should be mangá at first, but I started rendering and here we are now *sad laugh*

At least I really like his face in that one.

And probably I won't post any other LADS fanarts here. Who knows? I will find out in Sylus Bday.

Look, I have some artistic process tho show down here!

First of all, I searched for poses and made rough sketches. The idea was to make a soft and etereal painting of Rafayel being... very pretty? It shouldn't be sensual or mainly.

Then I made a composition. Here you cab see when I started rendering his face a liiiiittle too much. And you can also notice I don't know how to draw fishes :)

Now we have render, render, render! (I hate drawing animals, god save me)

I struggled a lot with valors in this image. Many times, it felt overwelming to my eyes (maybe because I spent such a long time painting and my brain loses its capacity of making artistic decisions).

After using much white and blur (and get a little tired), I finally reached the end. This post can be useful later, I will use it to avaliate my process (If I remember its existence).

I finished a new comission! This pretty sparkling girlie is Bree Matthews, from the Legendborn Cycle Series, by Tracy Deonn.

I... actually, I know nothing about the book. But I like pretty girls :D
